Dude, I remember fucking around with Lego's.. I tried looking for original legos like 3 or 4 years ago, couldn't find SHIT! Just compilations of lego's, x-wings, buildings, bullshit... things that required a goal... destroyed me. Lego's used to be THE ABSOLUTE SHIT! Best toy you could own. Now, ASSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!

you can get mega bloks (different brand, same blocks) in plain sets. i think it's like coke vs. pepsi at the local restaurant. you never find both brands under the same roof. i picked up a nice little set from a.c. moore for 10 bucks. you need at least 2 sets to make anything spectacular, but you don't get stuck with combinations of pieces intended to make only certain things. colors of the blocks are random, and you get wheels in case you need them.
