I don't really object to taxes. My objection is to the way politicians simply squander the treasury in their collusion with their crony capitalist friends, and in pandering for reelection. If our leaders treated the national treasury the way I treat my personal treasury then we would not be in a fiscal hole too deep to climb out of.

This is easily solved by publicly funded elections, this thieving of the treasury, the biggest and most easily remembered Cheney's Blackwater, Haliburtan pals and Saint Eric Prince.
Things we all use within our society should be paid for by all of Us in the society and having these things are the Incentives for all of Us in the society to work. Is that what you're getting at Uncle Buck?
