is 25 000kwh guna grab attention?

hi guys
i live in a 3 bed semi-detached house
iv tried to work out how much electric im going to be using, iv worked it out to 25000kwh a year.
is this guna grab the electric companys attention??
i dont knw if iv worked it out right?? il be using 3.2kw per hour

iv worked it out as

3.2kw per hour x 18 hours = 57.6kw per day
57.6kh pd x 7 days = 403.2kw per week
403.2 x 52 weeks = 20966.4kw per year

and iv added an extra 5000kw for the rest of the house= the electric use will be kept to a minimum
any advise would be much appreciated

no u should be fine, thats about 1600kw hours per month. Thats how much I use in the middle of summer and winter when the ac or heaters are going full blast. That is much much lower than what would get noticed as excessive. After all...its not illegal to use any amount of electricity..as long as you pay for it

sounds like you're gonna be running about 2,000w of lighting. you'll be fine. this is way below the point where i would think you'd need to worry. there are a ton of item you could have added to your house that would pull this kind of electrical draw.

also my electric meter says upto 100amp
does that mean il be ok to run from wall sockets??
dont know much about electric wiring unfortunately

there is a thread called UK Growers on here somewhere. i think it's in this section. check it out and talk to the guys there. most of us are in the U.S. where electrical is completely different. you should be safe to run up to 4 of those lights on 1 socket. i am not an expert but from talking to a few guys from over there that would be me best guess. you are gonna have to divide the load though with that many lights. i think some of the wiring in the UK is setup different than here. i've heard they wire all the sockets in a house to 1 breaker. if that's the case then you are gonna need to get some electrical work done.

i had a friend that used 4 1000watt hps and 3 500 watt hps and 2 250watt hps plus fans and shit his bill was about 50 sterling weekley and the leccy company didnae blink an eye as long as you pay for it you'll be cool...happy grow ma friend

make sure you get good strong plugs and sockets and you'll be fine(you know the heavy duty ones) i live in scotland btw 1 Socket =1 light plus fan
