had no idea any state had enacted a medical cannabis law prior to california. :dunce:

now, how about we name post-prohibition presidents and their stances on medical cannabis, sore pussy #1 and sore pussy #2.
You said name one President that has been more tolerant, which is the majority of them. You are such a loser.

As much as I enjoy poking holes in your fragile arguments, Unclebuck, I am tired, so tomorrow we begin anew.

Then why do you defend someone that is against even decriminalization?
lol, like he really is against decriminalization.

haven't you heard that candidates have to tell lies to get into office? even old mcronald lies, remember those racist newsletters he profited off of?

medical cannabis did not exist in any state whatsoever before 1996, and you go talking about jefferson.

obama's stance on MMJ is the most tolerant of any president or even viable candidate for that matter. fact.

Cool so you support a President that rails against Marijuana to pander for votes even though he knows in his heart that it is wrong? That definitely sounds like something that you would do. Good luck supporting demagogues for change you can believe in.

Tool.

yep, i sure do.

the alternative would be to rally support behind someone who thinks cannabis, medical or otherwise, has no place in our country and who wears magic underwear.

pretty easy choice.

Whats the difference?
one thinks cannabis should not exist in this country, medical or otherwise, and would have no problem ramping up the drug war.

the other believes in making medical cannabis prosecution a low priority and has called the drug war a failure and has called for debate on it.

are you sure you're not in junior college?

They are both against legalization, quit pretending that there would be a difference my partisan friend.

do kindly tell me how we've gotten as far as we have so far? did any president, governor, or legislature make it happen?

or was it almost exclusively we the people?

Oh look Obama has increased spending for the War on Drugs, so much for making it a 'low priority'. lulz.
still not answering the question, i see.

Why would I want to answer some irrelevant trap question of yours when all the facts are right here. Obama spent more than Bush when he supported decriminalization, imagine what it will be like now that he opposes decriminalization?
