If someone is doing an perpetual grow, 17 plants really isn't that much. And some people smoke a lot, that dude looks like one of those types to me.

EDIT: for instance I have a total of 11 plants and I'm no where near capacity. 3 seedlings, 4 clones, and 5 in flower. Actually that's 12. lol
 
14 total is nothing. I do 15 perpetual so at any given time I got 75 plants going. But when I get a order of clones I go 1 over my limit. And have 100 plants
 
Cuz I lose a clone from time to time. And that would keep me at my 99 limit. But if I just cut and got raided it would count. But I would just pull one and put it on the grownd. 1 is easy to get rid of in clones. While if I was over in flower or veg it would be harder.

I'm about two months into my third indoor grow.

#1 was in my moms basement (no shit) in 1984. My biggest baby was bushy as crazy, I was all about the FIM, a couple others I did some weird training to. She nabbed me LOL and shipped my ass off to the Army.

#2 was maybe 10-11 years ago in our semi-finished basement. 2x "streetlights" from lowes, screwed to a 10" x 50"(?) plank, with a radiused & flat whited piece of 3' long 6" stove pipe. Crude but servicible, and got compromised in mid-flower by wifes 13yo daughter... so I shut it down and unloaded any trace of anything, just a white-painted 6' x 5.5' block-wall room.

#3 I "broke ground" in March 2012, with intent to refit that one room with new & better kit... But then I started doing numbers, and decided to build another small room adjacent. So now we have a 6' x 3.5' grow room and a 6' x 5.5' bloom room, both with 1000w Lumatek dimmable ballasts, sealed/air-cooled lamps, CO2 & digital timers, dehumidifiers, and large 6" carbon filters. The girls are into their 9th week from seed (4th week of flower) now... all looking good to my pretty newbie eyes. I'm using this one as a refresher course... nearly killed them all in wk 2 with some whacky-harsh homebrew soilless mix :shock: I recovered and they are standing in 7 gallons of Promix BX and seem happy with Fox Farms Tiger Bloom & Big Bloom feedings.

my state is not legal, but clearly is not out to make examples of the little guy. i just plain got sick of the fact that every dealer i ever had was a complete dipshit moron. like someone already mentioned, i felt like i was way more likely to get popped going to some idiot's house. after i started growing we decriminalized posession up to an ounce. i was in no hurry to go back to buying $400 ounces, though. that's just plain rape.
 
people buy $400 oz's!someone call the special victims unit,those unfortunate people need a good shoulder to cry on and a year to recover.plus some antibiotics.

im not sure if id rather be around back then or now though due to shit.either way were gonna be demonized,imagine the growers that got caught back then that are still waking up in prison.
