try and see if your humidifier will run on a timer.
in a cab it should have to run long to get the humidity up.

other than that, you can set out a bowl of water, mist your plants daily..

just woke up and thats all i got. hope it helps/.

ok this might take a bit of diy. i assume the mist is hitting the top-/roof of youre cab. could you make the roof or the place on the roof were it hits water proof and make it so the drips drip into a container. if not. ive grown many crops here in the uk with 20 to 30 percent humdity. they needed longer in veg to hit what i want from them as they do start slow due to the low humidity(harder for the plant to transpire and uses the roots to help with this). but once the roots were established 20 to 30 percent rh aint a problem. once i it flowering i drop mine down to 30 percent anyway

I'm guessing to control the heat you move alot of air so the humidity never goes up. You can put a bucket of water in there with an good airstone and pump but if the air is exchanging rapidly the humidity won't build up. I've used swamp cooler to humidify incoming air but that was another greenhouse application.

Be warned that without ventillation durring the dark cycle, you might be hitting almost 100% RH at night, particuarly after you have watered them that day. I operated at around your humidity, and it never gave me any real problems. It was the the crazy swings to 100% RH at night that eventyually stressed my leaves. I'm just mentioning this because with a low RH durring the day, it's easy to think you can get away with no ventillation at night, sorry if you vent at night just ignore this if you do ^^.

I tried raising RH with open water in bowls, I didnt have much success and the bowls of water made me uneasy about safety and hygene.

I use a humidifier but I keep it in the room and I never put it in the tent or the cabinet. The fans are almost constantly running and sucking the air out of the tent, so if I keep the humidifier in there the humid air just keeps getting sucked out right away, and doesn't benefit the room at all, and it is replaced with low humidity air being sucked in from the room. But when I use the humidifier to adjust the humidity in the room that the tent is in, then the air being sucked into the tent is already at the desired humidity.

thanks all for your help.

as for now, i placed 2 bowls of water infront of the fan in my cab. still, i dont see anything raising in the RO meter but i can see a lot of water vapor...
and yes, as spitsbuds says, if i place the humidifier in my cab on the level that is good to raise the RO all the top getting wet. i tryied to connect a "hose" but all the water leaked to the floor from the hose or the water got stucked in the middle of the hose... lol

and acctualy my intake and outake not working so hard, my air in the cab is changing every somthing like 1-2 min...

you're claiming that adding a cup of water to the grow space raised your RH from 20-30% to 60-70%? I wish I had access to magic water. Have you tried the water on your plants?

lol
i added 1 bowl of 2 liters and 1 bowl of half liter infront of my fan and the RO doesnt looks like is going to raise... what it did is to lower my temp a bit more lol
