not really. it's a little sleezy for me. i live about an hour south of there. i do have a few condos and a house at the marina in Los Suenos though. i spend a lot of time there. i only go into Jaco for food or when i have clients in town. some guys just love the beatle bar. lmao.

surpisingly i don't think i've EVER seen a timeshare in Costa Rica now that you mention it. wonder if that would work. doubt it. nah..i own my properties free and clear. good little income in vacation rentals right now. the buyers have dried up mostly but those fuckers are still taking vacations. works for me.

you know it sunny! los suenos is probably the most successful project ever done in central america. the developer almost went broke like 4 times but he pulled it off. they did an amazing job. really the only full service marina in all of costa rica.

So you say you've NEVER SEEN a timeshare in Costa Rica, after working in the real estate business and building multiple units, well that just makes you look like an idiot. Really, come on...Listen to yourself now. I've never even been to costa rica, but I've had people pitch timeshares for them in Vegas while I'm walking through the mall.
