epsom salts help my mag def. only used it once and had no more problems.

just plain water. i just used tap water. but i live in quite a hard water area so it sits at about 7.0, which the soil buffered to 6.2

Just gave the plants some epsom salt with their water and starting to switch the grow directions of the LST

The plan was to switch them to flowering on wednesday, but I'm not sure if they are ready yet might let them veg for an extra week or so

Maybe wait one more week? But remember they are going to get tons bigger when you go 12/12 and vegging even a week longer is going to make them that much bigger...but I feel you on wanting to wait until they're healthy. Tough decision!

Think I'm going to give them an extra week giving the fact that I'm trying to bring them back to health and I definately want them to get a little bit bigger

They perked back up almost immediately after the LST I was so amazed

Is it a good idea for me to take my plants out of LST until they get better and taller or just leave them as they are???

Leave them man. LST isn't doing much of anything to adversely effect your plants.
