TGA's CheeseQuake is Exodus Cheese X Urkle X Space Queen http://tgagenetics.com/strain2.php?id=3

We have 2 Cheese Quake phenos that absolutely blew us away when we ran them out in our 1 gallon test garden. Cheese Quake quickly became a favorite of our patients so it naturally graduated to a 10 gallon SmartPot run to pick our CQ Mother and keeper pheno. Both females we have in our medical garden are absolute keepers but the nature of searching for elite genetics dictates that many excellent phenos must go, either to the bin or to another medical garden if it is a good enough strain. Any strong phenotypes that don't get kept in our genetic pool are donated to other medical cooperatives. Medical Cannabis is such a personal relationship which is why a robust genetic pool is so important imo. With TGA's Cheese Quake we got 2 amazing medicinal keepers. Thank you Subcool and TGA for this incredible cross.

CQ Tester:

So what we ended up with after popping 5 beans are 2 amazing females to choose from.

CheeseQuake #3 (CQ#3) is an absolute monster, super vigorous and stinky.
CheeseQuake #5 (CQ#5) is a super strong producer with insane coloration, aroma and high.

Both phenotypes are pretty fucking amazing and it will be hard to choose between them, so we will lab test as well as smoke report on these.

Here are the photos and deets. Still fighting some nutrient lockout here in bloom, but we hope to fix that with our change to SuperSoil.

These CQ's were grown in 10 gallon SmartPots with Sunshine Mix4 soil (plus perlite) and BotaniCare nutes at 75% strength under 1000W HID's.

Finish, Smoke and Lab reports to follow...

-------------------------------------------
Cheese Quake #3: CQ#3 is absolutely mental. It grows big phat cheesy colas that just reek in the best way. This phenotype is so vigorous, really outstripping pheno #5 and developing such massive colas that I had a spot of bud rot during bloom for the very first time in our garden. So watch out with this one. Insane THC content packed into a smelly, sticky, resinous, beautiful buds that will swell to gargantuan proportions.

Day 30: These colas at day 30 are really starting to swell.
cannabis-cheesequake3-d30-0160.jpgcannabis-cheesequake3-d30-0162.jpgcannabis-cheesequake3-d30-0163.jpg

Day 36: The resin production has really kicked in over the past week while the colas continue to swell.
cannabis-cheesequake3-d36-0364.jpgcannabis-cheesequake3-d36-0365.jpgcannabis-cheesequake3-d36-0370.jpg

Day 49: Color is busting through now while size and resin production continue to increase. This plant is just insane.
cannabis-cheesequake3-d49-2074.jpgcannabis-cheesequake3-d49-2078.jpgcannabis-cheesequake3-d49-2079.jpgcannabis-cheesequake3-d49-2086.jpgcannabis-cheesequake3-d49-2091.jpg

Day 56: Glassy, frosty, chunky, dense, vibrant, cheesy, stinky, fucking incredible buds on this CQ pheno. Uno problemo though. My ventilation and canopy management were not up to par on this run and I paid for it with a spot of bud rot showing up at day 56... how was I to know the buds would be so massive... I cut out the rot and made sure the rest of the plant wasn't effected.

Day 62: I mean... I don't even know what to say at this point... Fucking awesome. We chop chop at day 62 for CQ#3.

-------------------------------------------
Cheese Quake #5: While CQ#3 blew my mind, CQ#5 rearranged my time space continuum. It does not produce as much (2/3 of pheno#3 by weight) but it's smell, flavor and high are truly out of this world... and the way the medicinal effects can keep stacking on top... Holy shit. All day long CQ#5 will keep you tight. One person who tried pheno#5 got very angry because there was none available for his head. There is something very special about this CQ pheno which has placed it squarely in my top 3 strains experienced of all time. The way that it works on my chronic pain, all day long, without putting me down or out is absolutely incredible. Both of our CQ phenos can be smoked all day long but this one adds something extra to your head, a clear sense of presence and connection to whatever you want to accomplish with your day. ABSOLUTELYFUCKINBOMB.

Day 30: The buds on CQ#5 are solid nugs, not as phat as CQ#3 but phat nonetheless.

Day 36: Resin production has really kicked in as well as some amazing colors and aromas.

Day 49: Resin, color and aroma continue to increase, while this pheno isn't swelling as much as CQ#3 it is looking most DANK.

Day 56: Sparkling with glass-like resin, pinks and purples coming through and a sweet cheesy aroma are kicking ass here...

I do not know the SuperSoil ratios for CheeseQuake, thanks for reminding me to add my medium/nute info above though.

Hopefully a Weed Nerd will chime in with the proper SS ratios...

I agree with Nugbuckets' statement. Back to the drawing board! Just amazing work as always hovering. Your description of the effects has me very interested for combating daily back pain.

Nug that last post me laugh out loud :) Too funny...

Very, very nice! I have a couple in veg right now and am drooling all over my keyboard looking at those pics. Subbed up for sure!

You guys are lucky. I had a really grape skunky pheno of Cheese Quake that would barely get me high. Smelled and tasted fab, but sucked.

Caught the botrytis quick enough, only lost half a cola but that was tough.

Also... my yield results are per meter squared (or per 1000W) not per plant. I have 2 10 gallon smarties per 1000W so no, I did not kill the yield like it may appear. I double the number for 1 plant to get results as if I had run 2 smarties of the same pheno under 1 1000W. Keep doing what you are doing Nugs... I am trying to catch up to you lol.

*I just made a clarification note on my yield results, thanks Nugs.

I have a rebuilt collarbone with plates and screws and CQ is the most effective strain I have found yet to help me through my days. I can't recommend it enough.

my heights range about 3-4' from the top of the soil. I Supercrop and LST to make them bushy, essentially laying them on their side so they naturally branch up into bushes. I need to show my veg steps where I use these techniques plus wire hooks for canopy management. I also keep my 1000's down way low, using the heat on hand method for distance. All 1000's are on individual ratchets so the bulb height can be individually tweaked.
