lol don't bring my emotions into this.. uncalled for. It is perfectly fine for them to be imperfect. If I had the money to control my child I think I'd choose to have a natural child. I don't know why though.

But no.. They wouldn't develop depression that easily since they wouldn't have certain traits that cause depression. Expectations? Nobody is putting expectations on them. I said on the first page that they'd still have challenges and emotions. I wouldn't push my son to be the next president lol.
Well don't you think if you engineered a child and they knew it they would constantly be thinking they have to be perfect though? Just my thoughts on it. I dunno. I like my babies lol. I make pretty babies.

Dude this thread is all hypothetical. For all we know we could be smahed by a meteorite before science can advance to the stage of being able to control genetics.

That wasn't an attack it was a statement. I know someone with sickle cell I won't wish it on my worse enemy

i know its horrible. there are many pluses and minuses to genetic engineering, and all science can be used to hurt more than it helps. but i highly doubt that will happen if we fucking fix the way we educate our children, giving them a lacking education
