Zimmerman bond revoked

At a hearing today the judge revoked Zimmerman's bond and he must report to authorities within 48 hours. The reasons are that he had two passports and only turned in one of them, and also claimed to be indigent at his bond hearing when in fact he had over $130k that was raised on his website. He outright lied about it, and they have recordings from jail where he talked about it with family.

You can look at this news in three ways. If you're a Zimmerman hater, it's good news, if you're a Trayvon hater it's bad news.
If you have no dog in the fight, it's just another guy protecting his own interest!

Hell, if the New Black Panthers put a dead or alive bounty on my head, I'd have three passports if I could get them. LOL

I heard it was over 200 grand last month but who knows. Who in their right mind would give this guy money? Do they really feel better knowing hes out there bored, looking for trouble, searching for hoodies with a gun?

i don't care so much about this particular incident, as long as he was wearing his ankle bracelet like a good little bitch he was no flight risk.

but the lies after lies after lies are kinda telling.

He doesn't have shit on Casey Anthony in the "lies dept."! It didn't really matter though. If his defense team thinks he will have credibility issues they won't put him on the stand.

He looks like a Rita....I think its gotta better ring to it...Rita Zimmerman :) Change his name and set him free......free to the wolves of America.

In a world like today's....it no longer pays to tell the truth to the government. They like to set u up to hang yourself and save them the work, and given the circumstances of his case, the best thing he could have ever done is clam up. Dont sign shit, don't say shit....they tell ya from the start, what u say and do may be held against you...there just politically correct and say "may be"...no may about it, there gonna fry ya which ever way they can. It just so happens that Rita brought a rope to court with himself , and now he is beginning to hang.

THe case is easy as pie to beat, but 9/10 the person convicts themselves before a jury gets the chance to. If he would have just let the power of suggestion do its work, and shut the fuck up, he would be living off the governments witness protection program in society, and not in a cell.

Rita Zimmerman....its gotta ring to it :)

When your in a position like that, your going to man. Its your new environment. Guilty or not its a natural part of the process of going through the system.

I don't want to sound like I am defending him, but I am sure he feel's guilt, but that in no way equates to , he's guilty. I believe that is ONLY up to a Jury. And even then, I personally don't hold it with much validity. This is a mess of a case, to be able to prove much of anything is going to be a mission impossible for the prosecutor.

Law Enforcement can do a great job with investigations, but this one took a horrible turn from the start. It was fed into the media and its become a staple in the American home. Zimmerman means a certain thing to most in America now. The chances he has at a fair trial, in a idealistic world, is none.

Regardless, whatever the verdict may be, it will be an unjust one. Its a lose lose situation for all parties involved. Its just one, of the many flaws of a system of Justice.

Justice, is man made, there fore its flawed :) In this case, its very flawed. It just won't work.

He "misled" the court about 200k and a passport.

Sounds like he wanted to leave his options open. Can't say I blame him, but, not gonna look good.

Yeah I doubt a 2nd degree conviction but he was negligent and reckless that night in a couple ways... pretty damn easy to prove. I would be surprised to see a not-guilty on all counts, but not surprised to see a hung jury-mistrial.

I think the prosecutor does have a hard on for him, under immense pressures from public, but I am clueless as to why they charged him with 2nd degree murder. Perhaps to satisfy the people, but the people are ignorant. Especially of the law.

The only chance they have of ever getting a 2nd degree murder conviction is if Rita takes out a guy in jail :) Never know, he could go back into vigilante mode. See some African-American walk buy with a bag of skittles is all it takes apparently.

You know whom the only other people are that go after someone at night in the cover of dark in their communities, are cops, and gangbangers....I guess he's a lil of both :)

The 2nd degree charge surprised me too. I think it's just one of those over-charge and hope it takes a plea type of thing. I think that's a pretty common practice, not saying it's right, but it happens.
