So basically you just need a "official written recommendation from the doc" to be legal. So we don't technically have to give the state $100 buck to register. Cali does something like this as well?

Yes - however a Dr. rec is only good for 90 days.
So one would need 4 recs a year from the doc if they don't register.

I would be very watchful of the bills currently in the MI. Senate that passed out of the House last month.
Now that the Court has forced their hand at the local Leo level I would not be surprised if several amendments were attached to them now that weren't there before that tries to give power to leo and local governments. I simply don't trust these fuckers to accept defeat in total.
They want all of the power and they never stop advocating for it.

They won't rest until they can run video on everyone 24/7.
For our own good of course.

actually Marty a Drs rec for the REGISTRATION CARD is only good for 90 days. the Dr Rec it self is good from the time it is signed. IT has no time limit that applies other than for issue and authorization of the registry card. If you are not applying to be on the registry, then your Dr Rec will have zero term limit on it.

and all you have to do is pay 10 dollars to get it notarized!

and BOOM. LEGAL.

MDCH does not have control of the program.

lets start doing this. - maybe when they realize they will get 10 times less the amount of revenue.. they'll figure out we demand this to be a health issue.

The dispensary in Marquette closed. I used to enjoy going there and trying everything that didn't look like shit. Since they turned it into a suboxin clinic I haven't used my card once. The hard card expired a month ago today, and all I have is my paper work. I could honestly give a shit less anymore.
I would honestly tell anyone in this state that isn't legal to just stay under 100 plants and keep cash is safe spot for a retainer if you need it.

couldn't help but notice-

how "plain" the court thinks the language in the law is. they mentioned it several times.

also noticed the court wants to interpret the law as the electorate would have, and judging it by those means.

staying off the registry... I'm assuming you are talking about personal gardens with 12 plants or less, right?

this affirmative defense is exactly why there is a teenie tiny amount of medical patients actually on the California Registry. in CA they get their Dr. recc. and That's It, done... legit. No stinking database! will caregivers that were once one the database be targeted, prolly not, but I still don't like the idea of being on a hot lead sheet. been in sales plenty and hot leads are the only way to go to get your target efficiently, oh well.

I know a lot of people that said there is no way in fuck they would get a marijuana card for this reason. One said "Pay them $100, Fuck that. I wouldn't sign up if they PAID ME A $100!!" Sure sounds good, but my ass has been in front of a judge a helluva lot more times than he has. lmao.
