Thanks man!! will keep them coming! thats a promise ;D im taking pictures every time i visit my babies(2times a week) and try to post them asap!! gonna go check those on Tuesday so more pics coming then!!!(hopefully they have grown, its been a few cloudy & cold days here.. gonna rain tomorrow hope the sky clears up after that!!!)

Check'd ur plants they are looking GOOD!! how old are they?

I'm positive man. Those are not pistils. Both male and female plants have those. They are called stipules.

They should start showing soon though. These were feminized seeds right?

Are you near or above the arctic circle? It will be interesting to see how autos do with such long days.

yeah quite near!! well agree on that one, my guess is that they will do fine but flower/mature bit later than usual, but thats just my guess :D

So 4weeks from germination!! day 28!
went to see my babies today!! those girls havent grown too much lately.. its been rainy & cloudy like a week now, thank god theres been enough sunshine since yesterday! hope it stays the same!! the temperatures could climb a bit too.. its been quite cold this spring/early summer :(

well anyway, in the beginning i had 8 plants, week ago when i checked 5 were doing awesome, 3were dying, today the situation is this: the 5 strong plants are doing good, some leaf producing but not much growth since there really hasnt been much sun light, 2 dying plants ARE BACK!! WEEK AGO I GAVE ALL THE PLANTS SOME FOOD AND 2/3 DYING PLANTS ACTUALLY SURVIVED!! THEY ARE GROWING WELL( OFCOURSE THEY ARE A LOT BEHIND THE OTHERS BUT ANYWAY!!) IM SO HAPPY NOW!

Yesterday was 4weeks & 4days = day 32!!!!(didnt have time to post so im doing it today :) )
My plants are growing like crazy!!! I have this 7-4-10 NPK nute that im giving them and it makes them so happy! I have been feeding them for about 2weeks now and its working great!! Im going to raise the dose little bit from now on :)

I bet u all wanna see some pics so here we go!!

5weeks from germination TODAY! = day 35!!
Plants are looking AWESOME!! i have 3girls that make daddy real proud and 2 bit smaller girls + 2 gals that almost died but i was able to rescue with little extra care :)
= 7 good plants :)
I havent really had any problems so far, no nute problems, no weather/temperature problems, no dryness problems or anything! Its just that its been 5weeks from seed now and i dont have any flowering!!!!!!!! 2 biggest plants are producing leafs with higher amount of fingers than the smaller ones so im guessing that flowering will start in couple weeks :) which is fine by me cuz i really have no hurry with my plants! its only 13th of June so i have more than 2months of good summer left:) im hoping to harvest in week 10-12, so im about halfway through!

And to give a perspective of the plants here is my biggest plant next to a 1,5Liter soda bottle(i didnt measure the height of it but im sure everyone knows the size of it :D)
The 2 other big plants are about 5cm/2inches smaller than this one and then the other 4 are like 5cm/2inches smaller from them :D

Lack of autoflowering is a common issue with Nirvana's autoflowering strains. So I guess in July and August the daylight hours start dropping off dramatically?

Yeah thats what i heard but i also heard that it has been fixed but seems that it hasnt been fixed.. well next summer im gonna get better auto seeds from somewhere else :)
Yeah after the solstice (21.6) the daylight hours start to drop from 20hours a day to maybe 17h a day in July and to 15h in August and then to 12h in September, hoping to harvest before August though..... ideal would be in the middle of July but dont think thats gonna happen..
Its just pisses me of to know that my autos dont auto and i could have bought normal seeds and get more bud in the same time as with these not-autoing small so called autoflower plants :DD well first grow so i dont take it too seriously :) and im really happy to even get some bud that i have grown myself :)
Next summer its gonna be REAL autos and not these nirvana..

but maybe its with these nirvana autos that they dont start flowering at week 3 but after certain amount of growth/leaf nodes or something ( cuz after the first 2weeks they were really small compared to the other autos i saw in rollitup at age of 2weeks, so maybe they just need a bit more growth and then they kick in ! Havent lost my hope with these girls yet!

Gonna go check on my plants tomorrow! its gonna be 6weeks from germ tomorrow :) and 4weeks from transplanting outdoors!
It has been real good and sunny days after the last time I checked the plants and one really rainy day, so im hoping to see much growth! and maybe flowering!!!!!

JIIIIHAAA after 6weeks from germination & 4weeks from transplanting outdoors 4 of my pretty girls are FLOWERING!!!

week ago i was a little suspicious if these Nirvana Short Riders are autoflowering but now im certain that they are :)) they just took a little longer but that was quite predictable because you cant control the weather & temperature & amount of light outdoors!

So, out of my 7 plants, now at age of 6weeks, 4 of them are just few days in to flowering, the 3 that arent flowering have had a little shock at transplanting because they are a lot smaller than the 4 flowering plants. I think 4weeks and ill be harvesting the 4 flowering plants, and maybe 6-8 weeks to go with the other ones because they have already recovered from the shock and are growing well :)

I just wanna say that im really happy now :) those pretty flowers just made my day!

Those autos look great. I've grown short rider from nirvana and never had a problem. 1 got a real late flower compared to the rest but that 1 gave me about 1.5 oz from a small 12'' bucket under cfl lighting. I just harvested over 2 oz from 2 Jock Horrors I put outside. They both started flowering about 6 weeks from seed.

Keep it up I'm curious to see your yield
