My First Closet Grow Bagseed

So havent posted in awhile due to lack of a digital camera and cause its surf season. but i do have to say out of all 5 dwc plants 1 so far is a female. i threw out all the others and i just have a plant that hasent showed sex yet that i topped 4 times witch is super branchy. and a Fire Band Female that i topped alot too that has 10 tops!its a bush. i also have my budding female i think its almost done. theres tiny redish brownish hairs showing up, witch i know thats degraded thc. the hairs are like a milkey cloudy color. theres still some white hairs but most of them are cloudy as hell. and theres crystals everywhere. im going to flush next week, do i just do a big couple waters and then stop watering her? ill get a pic up asap

and damn, they all showed balls? thats just unlucky if so. and topping during flower can cut down your yield, just a pointer for the future, topping makes them stop most of the growth(below and above soil) to repair the branch snipped, it can take 4-6 days off your veg schedule, maybe more depending on strain, hydro or soil(cause hydros always faster). anyway, red hairs do usually mean shes ready for harvest, i wait till the red/orange hairs outnumber the white/milky hairs so i can get that couchlock effect from the higher concentration of CBD/CBN, later harvested bud is always great for cancer patients/insomniacs/people with pain(i apply for pain and insomnia so yay me hahaha).

for sure take clones, if you need tips im a pm away lol. id cut the lower branches for clones, they probably wont yield much, trimming popcorn nugs isnt worth it really and they just leech energy that could be going to the fatter buds that are closer to the light. also make sure all your leaves are getting proper exposure, you could set some lights towards the middle/bottom to better expose it since youve got a good amount at your disposal(at least last time i checked you had plenty). and its good the fireband turned out female, you struck gold there buddy.

So heres an update. the two plants in the middle bucket are females. i got a new batch coming up in the other bucket, one of the plants is older then the other plant in the bucket so thats why the other one is smaller. i cant believe how many tops my fire band has. also heres a pic of my tiny plant too, almost doen right?

always good to have some bday bud, smoke a fat doob to celebrate. upside down cross joint is the way to go hahaha. and thats good, they'll have some time to get all the chlorophyll out, fireband sounds like some dannnnnkkkkkkkk.

nice, you got some good genetics on your hands i see, afghani is the shitt, ill look into green queen though, do you know what breeder it is? and you should try some autos out of dwc, its basically like 12/12 from seed except you can have them on any light cycle, and imo if they have more time to photosynthesize(on 18/6 they would get another 33% more light in their whole life cycle, 24/0 does work but its not always recommended although id give it a try), look up sour 60 from mdanzig, he's got the auto breeding down and its been said he breeds the best, most potent autos. another strain of his is quixter, both finish in a little over 50-60 days in dwc, i saw awou. guy grow one out of DWC and get like 3 ozs, somewhere on youtube, i think he used an LED. and short stuff has some pretty good stuff ive seen, id say his best ones yield wise are onyx, blue himalaya diesel, and mi5, they yield even better out of hydro too and the best part is you could veg regular photoperiods while flowering some autos, that way your always waiting for some buds.

also, if theres too many branches you kinda risk leaving some branches in the shadows, id train all 13 branches, possible train them all to grow outward. and watch out for branches emerging from the lower nodes, stop them before they get any real growth, these will turn into bud spots that leech off the upper buds.

hmm yah i could train them but im not to worried. i got good flouro lighting on the sides so they get good all around coverage. i rotate the lid everynow and then to get max light. imma post up a pic of them today.

damn they look good, those buds look sugar coated already too. are those lower branches getting any light? you could move down that fluorescent tube above the first one, the farther away you are the more lumens your gonna lose, especially with fluorescents.

yah the side branches are touching the t12 2700k's . its jsut a pic from the top so it looks like its higher then it is. also i found i have a hermie. i dont care much least ill have some seeds? im not gonna take it out, i dont mide seeds its still smoke. theres only acouple male parts

well a female gone hermie produces feminized seeds, otherwise if its just a natural hermie id discard it before the balls drop pollen.

aw, what a shame. you got more beans though, and some of the best bud ive smoked is herm weed, it was blue mystic actually. just plant the seeds in bushes, come back in a few months and youll be amazed what you find

yes im not worried dude. its not like its a major hermie, theres only 2 nodes with male parts. the rest of the tops of the plant is all white hairs, im just gonna let them grow out bro, maybe ill just chop my lil girl earlier to risk it getting some pollen, then just let the other plants do there things. ill still get bud, i dont mind seeds, i can keep seeds cause im moving back to my old house with a huge back yard, and ill just drop them all in the back haha cause they forclosed the house on us but we got it back so the back yards a jungle. im already this far with the fireband and ill still get somne bud from her, plus the roots are connected to the other female in the bucket. i know hermie seeds most likely turn out hermie thats probly how i got the fireband. it did have seeds in the oz i got, it wasnt too bad so i bet they were hermies already, and the smoke was still good.
