Flowering times and questions??

I have these 3 plants I put into flowering and tonight are showing the first signs, calyxes and whatnot. I'm pretty sure that they are all indica, and 2 of them are re-vegged, having already been harvested once. What I'd like to know if how long flowering should last, what the best nutes are, what not to skimp on and what REALLY works. I'm talking those weed cabal secret chronic order tricks, I want the big buds.

I've heard this, I use 1 Tbsp Fish/Guano liquid and (Don't discriminate) 1 Tbsp pure cane sugar. Good balance? should I lay off a little on one of them?

I fucks with nothing but the bag seed, I have enough high quality seeds for at least 3 or 4 more grows. I can't let myself trust the online seed banks, what are telltale signs of dispensaries and growers with hermies? where can I accumulate some beans without the wallet?
