the economy is so bad that 7 states are creating legislation to release non-violent offenders from prison.I seriously doubt you will do time if this is one of your first offenses. If your roommates snitched on you, I would throw meth in thier personal sapce, where they won't seeit, and then make an "anonymous" call to the detectives who got you. All you really have to do is throw some effedrin and some glass tubes anyhwere and that will work.
And if you don't like the plea they offer you, threaten to take it to jury trial and cost them a fortune. they don't care at all about you, it is all about the money.If they can make more off you laying daown and taking it, they will try.

You know what's really fucked up is that we all allowed it to get to the point where it's at right now,everyday i read something about somebody getting ready to go through what i & a million other people have been through & i ask myself why have we allowed this bullshit to continue.

I made every excuse in the book over the last 30 years about my off & on limited support of norml & my blind eye to what my state government is doing to its people,something i credit this site with & people like you is opening my eyes again about how bad were getting fucked & how morally wrong it is for me to sit back & do or say nothing.

Since i woke up this time around ive become active again,my whole family are now contributing members of norml & ive convinced people i know to re evaluate their stance on unfair mj laws,ive also been speaking to the older people i know about the upcomming vote (thanks to victorviscous) to legalize medical mj in my state,i have not made the effort to cast a vote in 30 years due to my distaste & mistrust of the system but im registered now & going to stay active & start voting again.

Thanks for reminding us that if we remain slugs shit will only get worse.

come on now,,you could get caught growing 6 plants for personal use but police could easily say you were growing to sell,,,growings illegal,wether its for personal use or not,in my opinion theres nothing wrong with both,,,,,,

Thats not a bad idea, In all seriousness, there action should have consiqueces. That have basicly ruined the next 2 years of your life. Your probibly not going to jail on a first offence, but you will get at least 2 years probation with random urines. No smoking the ganj now. I have had a similar problem back in the 90's, I was ratted out by my own sister. It was for Heroin and Coke but the same type of bullshit situation. I didn't go to prison for for the possesion and intent to distribute charges, but i got quite a leinthy probation sentance. I violated that probation by failing a few urine test and subsiquently ended up in jail for 2 years. I don't mess with the hard stuff anymore, but I do enjoy my bowl pack. You have already been caught so now you just need to get a good defense attorney. Grant it you should have trashed your plants when your roomates didn't approve of your growing. But you didn't and now you have pay the piper. Keep your head on and stick with the personal use story. Never and I mean never admit that it may have been for profit. That would add a whole new set of charges.... Good luck.

Yeah,.. Well I am not sure yet if the firm is going to help me. I hope they do, other wise I will most likely go to jail. Last time I got in trouble was the last straw they said. I am praying they help me, I think they are a bit fed up. And basically I do want to come out to cali, but I do not want to be a fugitive. Yes I am back at the house, and they didn't say shit, I said some fucked up shit to them, but I am basically saying things to them to try and provoke a fight so I can fight back and not be charged with an assualt. I am deeply saddened and hostile right now.
