New Grow - Best Method for Germinating Seeds

ok so i got impatient and i removed the humidity dome and put the seeds under a t5 fluorescent lamp hoping that it will speed up the process. Its been 4 days now and still no sprouts. The lamp is making the temps higher causing the rooters to dry so i have to water the plugs on a daily basis. Is this method ok or should i go back to keeping the seeds in the dark with a dome?

They didn't get completely dry. I've been keeping them moist by spraying them with water. I decided to put back on the humidity dome to retain moisture, but keep them under the lights. At what point can I poke around and check to see if they're still growing? BTW ANC do you usually put them under lights after you put the seeds in the medium or do you wait for them to sprout? Does it even matter?

I wait till I see something, but I think it might be good to have it on right from the start so it doesn't start stretching.

Hey bro. I hope all went well ? Just curious about how many made it?

I get like 90% success with just putting them in a wet paper towel, i wet it 3 times a day, when i see 1.5 or 2 inches of root i stick in pre-soaked rapid rooters and into the diy ez cloner
