If you wanted to count trichs, you would either need an accurate cut of a piece of bud or sugar leaf to a certain size such as 1cm X 1cm and count the total heads on that cm[SUP]2[/SUP] or you get a microscope with a scale in the field of view and do some algebra.any info on how i can count all the trichomes to go compare ?
Or you can test in the best way possible, which is how potently each bud affects you. Seeing how you are into piercings and all, just run a bit of different colored thread through a bud from each plant that are in similar locations on the plants ie; top buds, mid range, etc. so both are marked and identifiable. Just chop, dry and cure as you normally do.
When ready to smoke, take a set amount (.3g - .5g or whatever) from each bud and observe the effects.
All I have to say on this technique is that it is highly unlikely you are besting the plant's genetics by splicing the plant.
This kind of reminds me of people who say that splitting a canary's tounge will make him sing better or splitting a mynah bird's tounge will make them talk better.
