I was thinking about becoming a caregiver, I have a few friends that are sick, My question is, how much room do i Need??? I found a place for sale, 3 bedroom 10x11, 7x10 ,12x13' rooms

so i need one room to sleep in, so i can use the 7x9 to veg and the 12x13 to flower, or i could tear the wall down inbetween the two smaller rooms, 17' x 10 and do it all in the one room.

it is a trailer with neagbors on both side., or should i keep looking?

What is the best kinda building to do this in? the people i know use alot of weed so i would have to have a prepetual grow going on.
Or should i find a place with a garage? how much room do you think i need for 36-48 plants,

you can't beat a basement. stealth and cool. a bedroom or two could work, but I wouldn't recc if you can do better.

Basements are the best..easy to cool, easy to keep dark at "night time". How big a room or area simply depends on haow many patients/ plants.

I have been talking to people, and some off you have some nice size rooms. I am not at that point yet, I have a nice little setup, but nothing compared to your guys Flower rooms :)

Which is one more beauty of a basement. You can set up what you need, then expand if you chose to or need to.

the first question re a trailer is: what exact shape is the electric in? Are u prepared to place a new 100 amp service panel in if needed? How are you going to cool your garden?

I've found that cracked foundations are not a problem, at least for a "rental" grow. It seems like more air circulation tend to be beneficial. So, during the winter, your idea of the trailer may be good. Next question: where is the electric meter? Do u really believe that you can stay secure in a trailer park, or are this home elsewhere?

Last Question: what bud is in your avatar? Looks like some blueberry flavo.. lol

Good point abe, neighbors may become suspicious when snow stays melted around your skirting. (trailer will removable roof on grow room would be red-neck as fuck, but that would be the coolest trailer in the park) --- shout out to the estates, in Sands!! Woot Woot!:weed:

sounds like instant makeshift greenhouse. thinking of similar modifications to my underutilized attached garage, it would be incredible.

Trailers catch fire if their electrical systems aren't suitable for the grow. Be very careful and maybe hire a good electrician to look it over as far as a new panel would be concerned. When you have all of your gear going at once, it is a lot of juice flowing. Can be very dangerous!

Its not about how much room you need but more or less what you are looking for is the question to your answer.

humidity control in a basement cab be brutal. Find a place on some higher ground, that has minimal or zero leaks in the basement. otherwise you ll likely have a mold problem.

Depends on the basement...mine is easy..one small dehumidifier..but yeas, a wet basement could be a problem.
