When I run DWC or start with a seedling yes.. I try not and go above 150 PPM with a seedling..When I grow from clone i dont really count PPM as they can tolerate lots of nutes.

I'm in soil, well my girls are and initially the clones get Rhizotonic only (not nutes just root complex) at 1/4 strength with RO so ppm is really low (EC 0.25).
Seeds, I leave alone for a good while.

Yes, but they still need a mild tonic like Rhizo which includes enzymes and B -vits. PH 6.0.
When they start to get pale then repot them or feed them lightly.

wow...i just dont have the balls to hit em that early ...im soil though so i guess technically im nuting em naturally with the soil and i can see not wanting to give straight water if your hydro, might wind up with a little yellow/white seedling..just sounds against the norm on paper!

Confused. If the ppm is 275, how much of that is the base water? Is that EC 0.27?

With a seedling I keep it at 150, and I use R/O water so the base of the water is like 25 PPM

My water runs about 140 ppm but most of it is iron so I dont take it into account when mixing my nutes. When I say 275 ppm I mean 275 PPM of nutes.

I use RO and mix old tap water to EC 0.15 - 0.2. I sometimes think that I should just add Mg and Ca separately tho.

since this thread is getting MAD action and i cant seem to get a question answered.....THREAD JACK....loljk please noone take offense but im tripping out here....i had a drug test like 4 days ago and have not heard anything back ...ive seen ppl say other places that if you fail the mro will call you so if you dont hear back its usually a good thing..it was preemployment btw... + rep for anyone who has failed a dt to confirm this and ease my mind...again sorry just a quick answer someone??
