Its not illegal but if ur friend gets caught with them he wont be protected by your card.

now back to the op, of course it's illegal, and not the smartest of ideas, even not considering the legal ramifications of it, but once your buddy sees how much bud you've grown on his property, well, let's just say money can change anyone..

Idk where you live, but here in CA our Prop 215 papers do not state WHERE we can grow, just how much. He can legally put those plants at his friends house, but if hes not there and the police happen to stop by, his friend will be illegally possessing them.

He would have to be your SOLE caregiver for it to be legit. Meaning, you can't even get buds except through him. That's my understanding of it. On the plus side, that means he gets to go to dispensaries if he likes so good for him! :0

5 years means nothing. I have seen people screwed over by family! Just be careful!

But then his friend would have to get a docs rec and pay extra for the caregiver status. Too much work if u ask me.

What's the chances of the cops finding them regardless? If it was my friend I would keep growing them their and hopefully shit doesn't go south for him. Plus if anything happens he's the fall guy, he will take the heat for it not you. I would do a guerilla grow at all my friends houses if they were dumb enough. Self preservation, only the strong survive.
