Just turn the pump on for a sec, and whe it starts up see how much it squirts, i notice mine does, so thats why i poke them under the perlite. Id say almost 100% that that is splash damage. how often are you feeding also?

When you do a flush, i think it's best to just replace res with fresh water, and then pump it through. watch carefully if you have the return line closed, as when the perlite is fresh and not much root growth everything will want to float on the water. So watch carefully and fill the pots with water, and then drain away.
I think they are growing fine, if you can have the light closer again, that will speed growth, keep testing to see how close you can get it

is it just on the lower leaves Gorbzzz??? It could be a deficiency, you won't lose them! don't worry, you are being to hard on yourself, can you take a further back pic aswell, need to see overall health of the plants. It could be nitrogen/magnesium deficient, I would say you need to bump the food up, as perlite holds little to nothing, try that perhaps, but some more pics would be helpful. again don't worry, you'll get these girls reaching for light
also if you have more perlite pour it over the feed rings some more, have them underneath. U can't see mine atall, sometimes when the start up, the can have a surge of power and splash some, sometimes you may not be around to notice, but that will eliminate that as a problem, if it is....

The canna a/b nutes say 1-1.5ml per litre and im using 1ml per litre or just over...surely I couldnt be under feeding? or am i? I only have my phone for photos but ill try now! stay with me here haha this is farkeddd

put it this way, i certainly dont think you are giving it too much, at this young age the system is still extremely clean, canna nutes at 1-1.5ml, that sounds like nice concentrated stuff, anything other than that?
cover those feed rings though, they don't need to be sitting on top, trust me
how often are you feeding? i recommend every 3 hours, if it's a pin timer, 15 minute intervals. If you are using a different method, get a new timer (pin timer) you want 100% consistency, for lights on / lights off this keeps the medium at a perfect ratio of water / oxygen. Also make sure your airstone is bubbling away nicely in the res.

yeah i have a pin timer it comes on every 2 hours for 15 mins then stops just before lights off and comes on just as lights on...Im also using ryzofuel at 1ml p/l. I put the photos up on the Aussie thread if u wanna check em out

if that's CYCO's ryzo, I use half that. That shit is super potent. i literally use .5 ml of that and only every 4 weeks, it's not a necessity but a great additiveThanks for all the help flow

Ive noticed the plants are yellowing from the bottom-upwards, which from what ive read is a nutrient deficency. Think ill do a res change when i get home with full strength nutes.
Edit: just went on cannas site and tuns out ive been underfeeding like a motherfucker! Time to bring these babies back! Hopefully haha
