Must be some pretty smart fucking pigs to have jobs and receive a paycheck.

As far as Zimmerman wife goes, we all know she won't serve a day in prison.
She will be receiving some probation though..Hope they keep it as a felony, so she won't be able to own a gun either.

I lie to federal agencies I don't get high. I guess I deserve 20 to life cause of a plant.

Bonds are a big fucking scam. Either you pay the bond and can't afford council, or you can rot in jail for months waiting for your speedy trial.

What money you have is your business. No one should go to jail because of money, or lying about not having it. You liberals can go fuck yourselves. You liberals like no money so much, you give yours away.

According to your logic its ok to break any and all laws because weed is illegal?

Why don't you just admit you know Zimmerman murdered a black kid but there's nothing wrong with that.

Your sociopathic tendencies are well noted.

Ummm you don't lose your gun rights just because you have a felony. You should read the law so you don't sound so uninformed.
No one who smokes MJ is allowed to posses or own firearms.

Dude if they keep her charged and convicted as a felony she will not be able to own a gun..and smoking MJ is not necessarily a felon..If you are convicted of a felonies you loss gun rights 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)1

ALL felonies carry mandatory 12 months sentence or more ( probation is a sentence) and 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)1 covers this. Now the only exception to this can be found 18 U.S.C. § 921(a)(20)(A) and (2)...in which none of these will cover the Zimm chick because they pertain to unfair trade practices, restraints of trade, or other similar offenses relating to the regulation of business practices. (2) covering foreign felonies. In short what I say is true

and I suggest that before you try to correct someone you find out the law yourself.. Now I'm starting to not believe anything you say now. Point 1 for me ...If the Zimmerman chick Jelly Shellie is convicted of the felony, that she is now charged with, she will not be able to own a gun... I win...you loser.

Nope, sorry it doesn't work that way, you have to be convicted of a felony that has prison time in EXCESS of 1 year. a prison sentence of 1 year won't take away your gun rights. Perjury carries a MAXIMUM sentence of 1 year, which is not MORE than 1 year, so again, you are WRONG, for like the 400th time in a row.

Can you quote the section of 18 USC 922 that says probation is the same as prison?

FYI I correct you when you are wrong, which is a majority of the time.

You dumber then a bag of rocks..ALL FELONIES ARE A YEAR OR MORE... she is charge with a perjury which is a third degree felony which can be up to 5 years max. There is no felony that you can be convicted of and not be sentence to a year or more even if its probation..again you stupid

Silly Old Fool no one said prison is the same as probation ...it was said that probation is a sentence..you sure are dumb

Mr. Bad Ass,

This thread is about "Zimmerette." Which black kid did she kill again?

The awesome fucking pigs working for the wet dream that's our government, are pressing charges over money. Weed is all about money.

Are you one of those who blame living people for what ancestors did? You liberals all have severe brain damage. I was mentioning this case. When did I mention the "child killer?"

Tell me why anyone should play by the rules, when innocent people go to jail because cops and those who prosecute you are encouraged to lie. But, the prosecuted get punished for lying.

But if you really want to get into The Z man himself, I will. Even though the cops love to put innocent people in jail. The cops will go after innocent, along with guilty, as long as it sticks, with equal vengeance. Yet, for a WHOLE FUCKING MONTH, the cops did jack shit. That means, the cops had nothing to pin on The Z Man. They only arrested him because whiny bitches who weren't there, know nothing, think they know, are outraged some black toddler was killed over his candy. I bet them cops looking out for our best interest, started a month old contaminated CSI.

Why is it you liberals call foul when some black guy is on video watching a guy die while eating a sandwich, saying he is good and Jesus saves him. Or if a guy is raping someone, and starts the aggression, the person being raped still has rules to play by? Like killing their rapist is wrong because taking a life when yours wasn't isn't fair. Yet, this time the agressor got attacked, caused the victim to fight back, and the victim lost. I thought that sort of thing got you liberals excited? But I keep forgetting, the poor little black boy angle being unjustly done in by someone not black. Black criminals are heroes.

I'll wait for Bucky to give me my persecuted white boi award. Race rather than justice is most important after all.

LOL. A sentence upon conviction for a felony may sometimes be less than one year at the discretion of the judge and within limits set by statute.

When will the trial to convict Shellie Zimmerman start?

Wrong. A felony by definition is a crime punishable of exceeding one year in state prison, that doesnt mean everyone serves time, it means they can.

Specifically, 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1-9) prohibits the following from possessing, shipping/
transporting, or receiving any firearm or ammunition:
(1) a person convicted of a crime punishable by imprisonment exceeding one year;

You do understand the word 'punishable', don't you?

Law is very exact and specific. If it meant that, the word "can" would be in the statute or law definition. What you posted means, "if the crime is actually sentenced over a year."
