Easy Poor Man's Fence?

Here's an idea......have the cedar tree taken down with the trunk/body of the tree dropped in 6' sections.......have it sawed into posts and slats......build a fence out of it....conform to codes.....great looking fence and it smells nice also. Well, it won't smell as nice as what is behind fence #1, but you get the idea.

I love it! Now HOW?

or i get gaint sun flowers and plant them the first 4 feet along my side walk one every foot 3 rows a foot apart. amand the soil good put up some bamboo steaks and rope on the inside, i have a wall of sun flower just so people can see me relaxing in my yard.

Last Summer I had Free Security my back two nieghbors consisted of 3 houses... one housed a Retired Secret Service dude who told me he knew where to get good Herb; the other a Cop, the last her Cop daughter and laid off Cop Husband! I wanted an acre in Mendo and a yurt however I chose for my price range a nice spacious 3 bed with a garage by a college; I already netted $1850 in rent, plan to blow up the over 400sq' garage and can get 15 trees full sun in the back... just trying to find room for the rest

It would keep them out of sight maybe, but wouldn't be much of an obstacle for thieves. I'd say streching the plant out wouldn't be bad, but you can't exactly kick it over into flowering once the screen is full outdoors. Maybe if you just kept stretching it out without using the screen though.

I did buy a bunch of Mammoth Sunflowers and some cute red ones I figure will distract but c'mon like I'm going to hide 30 some beautiful Girls giving off that lovely scent... Or could I? I was kind of pondering if anything, Lilacs perhaps gave off a strong enough scent to mask?

I have killer security planned though with motion detectors and security cams and a little idea I picked up working at the pet store with walkie talkies motion activated voice recording Freeze, turn around slowly and get down on the ground hands where they can be seen then if they persist the sirens and while they are a bit spooked with that BAM BAM BAM meanwhile I'm calling the real pigs to come protect and serve which they do in these situations here fortunately. Hell, friend of mine even got warned by some that they had Caught the dudes staking out his and another got held up by fake DEA then called the locals because they just took his girlz and left- they actually caught the them minus the girlz but even gotta give pigs due credit when credit is due. :bongsmile:

Yeah, but you're asking for legal trouble without a solid barrier between wandering kids and your plants.

Kids are not allowed on my property and seriously it IS NOT a through neighborhood as in no one comes into it that doesn't belong and in the entire week I have seen 0 kids in the neighborhood and come to think of it at all, it is a huge residential mainly college young adult city, I mean it wouldn't exist without the main city's runoff for cheap or cheaper housing and the University.... idk gonna risk it

You may be able to pull it off, I'm just saying you're inviting all kinds of trouble potentially. The higher profile you are, the more people come by to make sure you're being compliant with the laws.

I try really hard to stay low profile however in my travels I've found more success hiding in plain sight.

LMAO, you remind me of Mr Mellow argueing I can't grow in the garage because the car isn't registered and someone is bound to call the pigs to come write me a tix for my unregistered car in the driveway

This might be more amusing with background... it has been unregistered over a year now. It was unregistered when Mr Mellow was driving it right into the back of another car...

I appreciate everyone's advice. One last question on that kid issue? So the kids hear my motion recording siren then gunshots and somehow fall in their panic flat on my girlz, can I sue? Lol no would I really get into any more trouble than one scaling the fence? Saw a pig tonight lingering in hood lookin for drunk college kids not cannabis plants but I don't like the potential 15 second response time he had so.... ?

I am the type to get off doing it in complete secrecy just so they have a nice harvest. And they attempted to hide it against my fence with old doors on 3 sides, it screamed cannabis plant the minute I saw them its why I risked a peek... idk guess I am a bit high

1. Do people around you actually put signs in their yards about their neighbors plants ?
2. I agree with Cannabineer. Plant a hedgerow. Privets grow fast and are cheap. Talk to a nurseryman and tell him that you need cheap privacy fast.
3. I would throw some time release fertilizer such as Osmocote plus on the neighbors plant. They will see it and it will blow their minds. I bet they won't even mention it, lol.
