Ive tripped too many times. Its like explaining it is just.. I honestly dont tell everyone about it. On here I do if I have like a crazy experience. And I guess some of my friends but I wouldnt make it public.Especially with DMT, its just not even possible to try and explain anyways. I can kinda describe the visual effect.. But nahh.. Theyll see it :p
Never done DMT ... How does it compare to ketamine?

I've never hated him nor liked him.. He's not important enough for me to have a strong opinion on him. I wouldn't be able to tell you why he's a douchebag because I've only watched his interview on DMT.

TBH

He sounds like an excited kid when talking about DMT. I liked him in fear factor and was freaked when I first say him on UFC. I like him in UFC too, he certainly knows what hes talking about and has an opinion on most things. Also, hes not afraid to criticize a refs decision in a fight if he thinks its wrong.

Joe Rogan is awesome, particularly his UFC commentary, but I'm also a fan of the podcast.

The one thing I don't like about Rogan is I never hear him say "I don't know", he's got guests on all the time that are miles above his caliber in intelligence, not to say that Rogan's not smart, but when you're sitting next to Sam Harris or Shane Smith and they start talking about their fields, it's tough to be the smartest guy in the room.

Other than that, all around awesome guy, his whole crew seems like they're good people too. If you listen to what they actually say, getting rid of your ego to enjoy your life, experimenting with psychedelics has mad potential for certain people, the drug war, the wars in the middle east, religion, all usually pretty damn spot on. It's especially interesting with people like Shane Smith, I just saw a podcast where he was explaining his trip behind North Korean lines, heard another one before with the dude from Hoarders, interesting as fuck! Joey Diaz is the funniest motherfucker alive! Type "Lucy Snorebush" into youtube and listen to that shit! lmao!

I like his Podcast but mostly for his guests...Joey Diaz is fucking hilarious. I don't mind Joe...but I really don't care for him. The way he talks about edibles pisses me off, he compares it to fucking LSD. I don't think Joe's had good LSD if he thinks edibles are comparable lol

lol @ Joey Diaz bitching at Rogan for his shit weed!

It would be easy for me to follow the crowd and hate on him, but I am a huge fan of Joe Rogan. As for the UFC, he is a great spokesman, and truly understands every aspect of it. Goldberg clearly has little experience, he is getting better, but without Joe commentating it would be boring. His stand up is also really good, and I love watching him trash hecklers. As for him on weed and DMT, I like his ideas on weed (Especially in the documentary "The Union"), I used alot of his quotes when arguing over medical and recreation marijuana, even changed alot of peoples' opinions. As for DMT, I have no say because I have never used it, but on his podcast it was entertaining listening to him describe. I love Joe, but i respect all your opinions.

The UFC thing I can't stress enough, imo, nobody does it better than Rogan, dude know's all the moves, he knows exactly what someone is trying to pull, when someones in trouble, if a ref makes a bad call he points it out, though I do think he's partially biased towards the Juijitsu guys, as mentioned before, but even with that you can tell he's a professional about it, if he see's a juijitsu guy getting pounded he points out his mistakes that got him in that position. Dude has a black belt in Taekwondo and I think a brown or blue belt in BJJ.

He says things that make me go "wtf?" every once in a while, just like any friend would, which is another thing I like, the whole podcast is off the cuff, like you're just chilling with them in the studio, they try to make it as close to a normal conversation as possible, makes it seem more real, it's a huge breath of fresh air compared to all the garbage you get on TV.

I haven't seen or heard alot of joe rogan but i think he is pretty cool over all. I can see where alot of people are coming from when they say they don't like him but from the things i have heard he does seem to be intelligent and speak some wisdom at times. I didn't like how he seemed to curse a lot for no reason and talk in an almost hostile manner on subjects that don't require that kind of tone. I listened to 1 or 2 podcasts and maybe they just weren't good ones but most of it was boring to me and there wasn't much to say but i am sure there is knowledge to be gained from him because i have heard some pretty intelligent thoughts. His views on materialism, drugs, and other things are pretty knowledgeable. I guess what i am trying to say is if you look at the important things he has to say you can learn something, but even if you don't like him i do believe he is a humble smart individual even if he may not always come off like that.

honestly its most comparable to a very strong salvia trip
buy only slightly
the come up is very similar in the sense that it is instant
its also similar in the sense that you loose a relation to yourself (forgetting who you are where you are what youve done)
but past that... dmt is crazy and absolutely unexplainable

every time i try to explain it i end up scarring the person.. but the trip isnt scary at all, its quite blissful

one of the best analogies ive heard though really puts it into perspective

imagine yourself at disney land, mushrooms would be equivelent to the spinning cups while trying to view DL
acid would be like riding the train around while trying to view DL
dmt would be like riding a high speed roller coaster with flips and turns while trying to view DL

its just different

Why arent John Anthony West, Graham Hancock, and Bruce Lipton included in your list of smart people? ... =p

Take note of that. He believes in shit I consider to be total bullshit, but I still consider him to be a relatively smart guy.

Honest question;

Why do you think that is?
