Planning 1st Guerrilla Grow

jimmyspaz recommended I put in 3X3X3 foot holes filled with sphagnum for this outdoor op. It sounds promising, but how much is sphagnum? I want to know that it's within my budget before getting it, because I need to plant several hundred plants.
Sorry I've been busy, so it took a while for this reply. Spagnum moss costs around $10 a bale. You only need enuff to loosen the soil for the roots, how much depends on the amount of clay in the soil, you want it to drain well. Every site is different. We go in a week before we transplant and prepare the sites. You don't want to be packing bales of moss shovels and clones in at once.Good luck with it.

Well, whoever told you that about pine trees sucking the THC out of your weed is someone you should probably never listen to again. Growing near one type of plant or another has absolutely no effect at all on the THC content. It's a question of soil conditions. The problem with growing near pine trees is that the soil near pine trees tends to be acidic, and marijuana doesn't grow well in acidic soil. You should probably spend some time reading the GrowFaq , and browse the forum for threads on what soil types are favorable and unfavorable for growing weed.

It does, however, affect the taste. Grow it right next to an evergreen and it will not taste very pleasant.

All the helpful people are really coming through so I'll just thank all of you so-far right here :D The operation, so far, is a total success, although I've only planted one plot- I'm still waiting for my dad's friend to return the GPS, and I'm nervous to set out planting before I have a clear marker.

to break it down i the simplest way guerilla grows "can" be done with a very small group, but best done alone for secruity purpose's that person(s) that live w/ you, you must realize that you name is on the deed to the home so what's inside is your's so i wouldn't piss them off during or after harvest if you don't want the dea at your door. After that do like you said plant 6 plant plots, cedar chips are good for certain bugs but not all doesn't include bug's w/ wings either does vasoline only bugs coming from the ground but that does cover a large percent. deer do react to human scent but guerilla grows you want to show up and dissapear like you were never there leave no trails and take different ways in each time. yote piss or bobcat piss you can buy at any farm store and if you put in in a small plastic container with RUBBER gloves on a finger print can be lifted from plastic and dna from cigg butts, small container with holes close to the top with cotten in it to hold the scent for a longer time. Always wear camo and watch the woods for sign's of human life. If the animal's take off somthing maybe close by..never leave you garbage there daisy cups, plastic bags, nute containers, you pack it in pack it out.....and the main thing ppl always get noticed by dont grow in rows or any formation for that matter....if it doesnt grow that way in nature a spotter from a chopper cant point it out. Blend your plants in with the surroundings hollow out a bush and put them inside it or in between them dont put them in the middle of a feild it needs to look natural....and the last thing have an excape route i know those water route only spots seem remote but they will be real remote when your the only asshole haulin ass across the water to get away from the low flying chopper.....always best of luck and have a heavy harvest!
