We've known the truth for a long time. You and Unclebuck are DEA apologists. You guys never saw a federal bust you didn't support.
The real question is why you guys are so much in the bag for federal busts and looting. Is it because you are just empty headed Democrats and happy with anything done by a fascist as long as there is a (D) after their name, or is it because you are happy to maintain the criminal status of cannabis because it maintains the prohibition premium. I suspect the latter. How else are you gonna make $2,000 per pound for a weed that will probably sell for about $10 per pound when it is legal?

i don't support federal busts at all, i'm just inquiring into the state compliance here. you're the one who has stated that he is happy to see growers get busted. get it straight, rat.
i don't think pounds would go for $10 if legalized. maybe garbage weed, but organically grown, high quality, hand manicured bud has a lot of costs associated with it. the costs of supplies and utilities for me add up to several dollars per gram.
but of course you would have no idea about this, because you don't smoke, don't grow, and you're a rat.

As a matter of fact some LANDMARK court cases evolved from some of those 'harmless' busts, including the case of the FEDS affixing a GPS tracking device to the vehicle of some growers here in Colorado. In case you didn't notice the justices recently ruled that it is ILLEGAL to attach a GPS tracking device without a warrant, something the pigs think they can do whenever they want.
The Supreme Court ruled in January that placing a GPS tracking device on a
vehicle constitutes a search under the Fourth Amendment. Therefore, doing so
requires a warrant. The Sheriff's Office says that although it placed the device
on her car, deputies never got a court order allowing them to turn it on. After
her arrest, they tried several times to take it off but failed. They didn't want
the woman to know they'd put it there to begin with, nor did they want to
trespass on private property. The sheriff said the last thing he wanted was to
"add to her angst."
It's apparently too late for that. She's suing the department for putting the
device on her car, even though it was never turned on. The sheriff admits losing
track of the device was a mistake. It will be interesting to see how that
mistake plays out when the two parties meet in court.
