Also leaves are growing from the nodes with the white hairs idk if this is normal or not but please anyone who has any advice on how to fix this and make it bud properly or things to do in the future instead please comment!!

need more light, 13w cfl will do very little to jack buds up. you need as much light as you can afford to run or your going to finish your plant with 1 gram of bud on it. Being sativa dominant indoors does not help either. They take forever to finish out. you got another 6 weeks at least. The leaves are normal, no worries there.

Your plant is just starting to flower, those little white hairs are pistles ( spelling ) your 13W cfl is not enough you need more lites. if you're straped for money you could look in to T5 florescent lights, they're not too expensive you need 6500K lamps for veg and 2700K lamps for flowering. Plant looks tall and stretchy it's looking for more lite. Why no nutes ? what's your medium ? soil ? It will take at least 8 to 10 more weeks for full buds, depending on the strain. Hope this helps.

@DeeTee I started this plant from a reggie bagseed, I use Miracle Grow Organic Choice, Im new so I didn't find out about nutes till jus recently, and what you mean by 6500k lamps ?

Good shit @StonedPapa! What about the leaves growing from the nodes?
Thanks - the leaves are normal, they will cover with crystals near the end of flowering, and make great trimmings for butter and other consumables. has it been a moth since you saw the first bud, or the light change? :eyesmoke:

The lumens and spectrum of light make a difference. All bulbs have a rating, you can look your bulb up online. dont worry about nutes till you are comfortable with experimenting it takes practice. and PH is another thing you will need to address when you hit that level. But being new to the plant, keep it simple. Try new things when you are ready. But lights need to be addressed.

6500k is the color of the bulb ur using from the kelvin spectrum, higher numbers like 6500k is more of a white/blue/green color, then ur 2700k bulbs r more of a yellow/red color better used for flowering, but u should def get a larger watt bulb than 13. And those leaves r find that is the beginning of flowering should grow more, but idk if u will really get much outta that plant if u were vegging it with a 13w bulb.

True I realize that now, this was an experiment to see what would happen with a reggie bagseed, now I know what I need to do, thanks for the tips

6500K and 2700K is the color temp of a lite. example 6500K is more on the blue side whereas 2700K is more to the red. Plants veg good in blueish lite and flower best in redish lite such as in autumn the sun is low in the horizon and more to the red color, thus most plants know it's time to flower to reproduce before winter sets in.
