Seaweed extract is always a good thing to have in the cupboard of an organic grower.

Is there are reason for all that trash around the plant? Camo maybe.
Sorry, just a neat freak.
I would go to 5 gal or more when you transplant.

5 gal minimum outdoors and max the sky's the limit.

Molasses
bat guano
sea weed/kelp
blood and bone meal

keeping it cheap then use Alaska nutrients. I think the veg is Omri certified but the bloom from alaska isn't i assume. Make your own tea and your plant will love you for it. And you could top that sucker now and then later on in the grow and get more tops/side shoots then what it has already

Plant looks good, no dire need for nutes. But if you want to show it love throw in some bat guano or chicken scat, earthworm castings, some egg shells and some ash.

Results may vary: You could dig a 3'x3'x3 hole where the plants permanent location will be and add back your own mix of quality organic soil, native soil, blood and bone meal, guano, compost, worm castings, the list goes on. Another option would be to add in a nice all around organic granular to your mix. Medina has a nice granular in my area, I'm sure you have a wide variety to choose from in Cali. Training the plant should increase your yield as well. Low stress training works well on my plants; tie down the top growing shoot to encourage lower growth and more of a bush/shrub type plant.

You have a very happy plant, now with a little more work you should have smoke for the whole year come fall. Good luck my bro:bigjoint:

Yes the reason theirs alot of trash i because its kind of a stealth grow i live in a house/apartmet with a VERY NOSY Landlord that lives in the house above ours an even though i am a medical marijuana patient an i em allowed to grow up to 6 plants he still thinks were going to get fined or raided. so i just decided not to tell him an put it in the best and only spot where i know he would not look. i will be looking in to making my own tea but i just don't know how.an its only getting about 8-9 of direct sunlight an its been real warm out here past couple weeks. an how soon should i transplant it in to a 5 gallon pot? how do i go about topping the plant? i em not really going for yield i em going more for quality.

I'm afraid to tell you but on the first try you probably won't be getting good yield or quality. If spidermites don't get you, something else will, maybe bad weather, overfeeding or some shit.

The important thing is to really do you're best and you can't help to learn from any mistakes. I hope I don't sound too pessimistic but growing 'quality' bud takes a bit of experience and if you hope to turn that plant around you're going to need to show it some love soon.

Goodluck

It will need quite a bit more room that what it has also. Once it really starts growing it will grow into the fences. Also check your local laws. If your land lord says he does not not want medical marijuana grown on the property it stands and the land lord has every legal right to not have it on the property. The property is after all his/hers and possession is 9/10ths of the law. Once it starts to flow there is a distinct smell as well that is very hard to hide.

yea i know i wont get no straight fire ass bud my first time but was hoping to get at least something decent. an i am worried about those spider mites im hoping to go to my local hydroponic shop an buying some neem oil i heard that really helps but i heard its better to spray em before you get em because i heard once you have em you cant really get rid of them lil bastards. also yea i was afraid of the plant not having enough room but hey its my only place an it seems to be growing fine for now but i em expecting the worse an hoping for the best! an about smell we live right next to a wildlife refuge so its always smelling like skunk out here we have racoons, possums, and skunks running around at night an plus i smoke outside all the time an he doesn't mind so yea. an as far as him seeing it i highly doubt it.
