Figured it out for myself thanks to all the great doctors around!
You don`t just get carpal tunnel, you damage the wrist by resting it on the keyboard, and its carpal tunnel when the nerve is completely fucked. If your doing that its best to stop man. Be real nice to the line running from upper neck-trapezius-shoulderblade-shoulder-tricep and it will go away. Massage, flex, heat & stretch. In that order. I HATE aches & pains
