Well I must admit I did not read all 30 pages however I would suggest you play the nice calm cool rational adult. This all assumes you are growing legally under medical state law. If so I'd simply write an invoice on the amount of pot that would have been harvested off that plant, using the highest prices you can find. I would call and set up an appointment with the parents.
I'd go over and explain that their underage minors stole your medicine. That you must be compensated for what their children stole and that if they can not return the plants you will also be forced to call the police in on this since children can not have access to these drugs. Let the parents deal with their little shits and oh imagine the joy of the parents having to pay you to replace the stolen medicine

Ok so there minors and you can't touch them but there's still other things you can do to assure they won't be coming in your backyard again. If you follow them For awhile to see a common route they take then you should plan a place you can cut them off, this by itself is very effective if done properly in their eyes it will be an ambush, there hearts will start racing and they will posibly try to run likley atleast one will stay if you dont make an aggresive move towards them after getting out. If you get your message to atleast one of them the rest well get the message too. you wanna obviously sound aggressive but not actually do anything, tell them you know they took your plants and that you know we're they live, you dont wanna say any real threats kids are tricky these days with cell phones but you have to articulate what your saying AROUND the law. Honestly just look them in the eyes and say "try me again, see what happens" problem solved.I'd bet my left nut those kids wouldn't come around again. Also have a knife in a sheath on your belt just more intimidation but all legal.

i've been reconsidering here.
if they realize it's me fucking with them, even after harvest, they may try to fuck with my flock of chickens and ducks.
so i think i'm going to play it cool until just about moving time next year. right before we move, i may do something god awful to them, but nothing until then.
either that, or fuck with them so subtly or through intermediaries so that they can not and will not trace it back to me.
gotta keep my birds safe, ya know. lol.
