Idk y its leaning I have a fan on it but not to high just a breeze so idk y its leaning. But it's not like a big problem it's just leaning a lil bit but can I fix it?

If it is leaning then prop her up. When colas get big whe will fall over. Get some bamboo and some yarn and help her stay straight up.
