Special K is just the drug ketamine. It used to be an anaesthetic for humans but now they only use it on anaesthesia for animals. It supposedly gives humans nightmares during anaesthesia. It increases blood pressure, heart rate, by inducing the fight or flight response during the episode. It would make the anaesthesiologists freakout trying to figure out what was wrong.

Its really not that bad, they used to use it on humans but it caused "bad dreams" and hallucinations...I research any drug before I take it, and anything in moderation isnt that bad!
