As the topic says I am growing my first plant. It actually just sprouted and I moved it into soil. I have put it under a 9w CFL just to begin with. I just ordered on ebay a 50w CFL and a plug. I am not looking for major results here, I just want to see if I can handle it and if I can I will surely invest in more lights and equipment. I am keeping it small for now. I am planning to put it into a storage box ( i iwll fit in a small fan). I do not have fertilizers since I am literally just "giving it a go". So, do you guys reckon 1x50w CFL will be enough for one plant in a small box? Also, should I line the inside of the box with foil and should I make a foil reflector for the lamp, cuz I read some mixed opinions on putting in foil. The seed is G13 Poison Dwarf which is supposed to be relatively easy to grow and handle and it also grows really short which is perfect for me. So, what would you say - will I manage to get a few puff out of this? Cheers

Very helpful! Ammm I need some help on another point too. As I have mentioned Im thinking of putting it into a rather large carton storage box. But since I live in a small flat and my room aint that big either that box will take up a lot of space and will attract the eye. Im thinking of fitting it into a small cabinet. When I say small I mean 40cm x 40 cm x 50 cm. Do u guys think that will be too small? As I said I am not looking to made a kilo of grass but just to try growing. If it works out I will invest in more sophisticated methods lol.Cuz when I put the lights in and all that crap, the space for the acutal plant will not be great.
