Most Underrated strain...

No disrespect to the "Most overrated strain thread" because I read the whole thing and in my opinion should be "stickied" for the mere fact that it will be endless. But tell us something you got that was either very cheap, got bad reviews but was great compared to your other shit, or a strain that just plain and simply gets overlooked by most...



I'll start with Leda Uno, KC Brains. The right pheno will put your mind on blast for hours.

i think i'd have to go with maybe skunk 1 or nothern lights as they are super classic strains, but for some reason you don't hear too many people growing either of them out too much anymore..
there are very good reasons why they're classics, but they seem to get passed over for w/e is the flavor of the month..

ya i think people find those as old news. they want the new stuff thats out and fresh. i see your going into the 13,000 point range nice! lol

Thx for the reply Racerboy. SKUNK #1- what do you think about Flying Dutchmen "the Pure" compared to maybe Mr. Nice's shit? I hear about the ORIGINAL Roadkill Skunk, but seems no one really has "it." I am sure you are more educated on the matter than me. I have been searching for the true "skunk 1" but only find knock-offs and hybrids.....Tom HIll?

Sensi Star - You don't see or read much about it on forums but more and more breeders are making crosses with it, I'm debating on getting the AK47 x Sensi Star, we made that cross back in 2001) friends are still growing cut from 2000/2001 so don't know how the current female version is like.

This strain is a killer it has such an effect, smoke a bowl and you'll be heading to the kitchen 3 hours later thinking "damn I'm still stupid stoned"

You asked for underrated, not unknown or lesser used. This thread was heading in a good direction. I think you described it well in your first post and people were doing their best to answer.

op, if you're looking for that old skool road kill skunk, i can't recommend super skunk by g13 labs enough.. the shit i grew was so foul, it was unbelievably foul.. straight up dead skunk funk..
as soon as you opened the front door to my place, bam, smelled like 2 skunks were having unprotected raw butt sex in my grow.. it was horrid.. i couldn't wait for that shit to be finished.. i'll never grow it again it was that foul.. the good news was it didn't smell like bud at all, just like i was hiding 2 dead skunks under my bed for weeks and weeks and weeks, lol..

as far as what northern lights, i'd say mostly number 5, from someone like sensi seeds..

i'm not too familiar with the pure from flying dutchman... they seem to be one of those breeders who seem to fly under the radar and don't get too much attention one way or another..
