Phew!! I see signs of recovery, woohoo!! They still look beat up but this is actually a huge improvement from this morning. The tops and secondary branches have perked back up some, they were completely stooped over before, basically laying down on the coco...thank god, looks like I'll be able to salvage them after all. Must've been transplant shock from going from high humidity to much lower mixed with over foliar feeding mixed with too intense light...I'm too lazy to try to figure out the exact culprit. When they fully recover I'll try them under the apache again to try to rule that out as the cause.

What a horrible feeling to see plants like that, would it be wrong for me to say that it may not be worth trying to salvage them? I know from experience that the yield and quality are greatly affected by trauma like this? What u think? Not trying to be negative

No harm in suggesting that, believe me it's tempting because they are still so sad looking. I started some seeds yesterday as a backup plan but they're not all feminized. I'm going to give these girls a few more days and see how they look before making any final decisions. I might just keep them all anyway but keep them small, go get a couple new ones for safety, and say fuck it and have a crazy jungle going on with only a couple weak ones.

Yeah ken estes' genetics are always top notch. Both panels were sitting at 24 inches yesterday, but something is wrong with this round. The kush hasnt really perked up since transplanting, leaves are a bit droopy, but nothing compared to the strawberry and northern lights, this morning those were wilting over bad...not sure what the issue is...only things I've done differently this round is add a tiny bit of superthrive and silica blast. My gut is telling me its not the superthrive, so I'm thinking either the silica (which is actually supposed to strengthen the plant structure), sprayed too much magic green, or the apache is just way too intense for seedlings or cuttings at that distance. that, or im also thinking the difference from the clone room at the dispensary's level of humidity was so much higher than in my room, they may be wanting more humidity? So Im only using the diamond for veg until these hopefully recover or until I can pinpoint what's causing the wilting. If they aren't perked up by the time I get home from work I might need to scrap the new girls and start over...

Thanks for all the advice guys. Theyre recovering, cut some wilted leaves and branches off, tops are perking up. Still a little concerned about how this will affect the yield and potency, so I'm going to go get new babies today and just move these into smaller containers and leave them in the corner. Pics tonight, and oh yeah, some seeds have tails now so those will go into medium tonight too.

They just look thirsty to me. During veg if they go through some gnarly stress and come out of it. Most of the time it makes them that much stronger. They grow much more vigorous.

Thanks hyroot, I always noticed a little stress does make them stronger for it, but I had never tried to bring them back from stress this bad. What would you do if these were your girls? I'm at least going to get two new ones just to cover my ass.

Ha, transplanting "should" be a breeze...this was more user error than anything else...lessons learned.

sorry it took so long to get back I was out of town and I'm not able to type replies on this site from my kindle. #%$&@($^ android os.

anyway. check first to see how dry. i know under hid coco needs to be watered everyday. under led or t5 probably every 4 to 5 days depending.
if it is dry. just feed it water. then the following feeding go with 1/4 or 1/2 strength nutes. if not that then ph. i dont personally ever mess with ph. When i do it seems to cause more problems. everyone says coco is tough with ph. I don't agree with that. coco is a natural buffer. what ever the ph is at. coco will keep it there.

personally i tried coco for faster veg and bigger yield. i got over it. now i use roots organic original and roots uprising line and compost teas once every 7 to 10 days. the roots uprising, wow.... what a difference. its like all strains are brand new and better..


if it was over watering. the leaves would curl and burn mimicing phos or n toxicity.

Last and Final Update for this thread. If I see activity still happening, I will still comment, but officially...it's Done.

Hash Passion:


True Blueberry:


Both have a very smooth smoke and knockout high. The Hash Passion came out to ~90g and the True Blueberry weighed in at a disappointing 36g for a grand total of around 126g plus a couple taken out for sampling purposes.

Here's what I'm taking away from this round...I will never try to LST a blueberry clone so early in its life again, I believe this led to the disappointing yield they produced, the roots were non-existant when I harvested. I'm used to seeing white roots trying to escape like madness. Also, next time I train clones like that regardless of the strain, I will be vegging for longer times. I really liked the Overdrive in late bloom so I will be using that again in the future or something similar in the last couple weeks of bloom. Another takeaway is that the Kessil H350 is a badass light for only being 70w. Hash Passion is a lovely strain that I had never heard of before this grow. I highly recommend it for it's ease of grow, stickiness, aroma, and stone...very good for sleep aid and pain relief.

I guess that's all for this grow. I'm happy but left wanting more as I did not hit the goal of 1 oz per plant...but does that mean I failed...I don't think so. I'm left with some primo smoke and had a blast growing it so that's all I can really ask for.

They look DANK and good size too. GOOD JOB. True blueberry is mostly indica and not a big yielder. Bigger buds vs smaller buds... Bigger buds will have the smaller yield. I did dutch passion and dj short blueberry ( exactly the same ) for years. It was my most favorite ever. Recently got it again.

I got over lst too and fimming. Not all strains take to it well. I just top them at 10 inches. Veg them til they are big and have branches growing off of branches. Super crop to control height. For an even canopy

Thank you Canna! Glad you stopped by. For the AN OD, I started at 2ml/g, then moved up to 4ml/g, and finally at 6ml/g. It was my first time using it, so I didn't want to fuck them up so I went with the gradual increase. Next time, I might start a little higher.
