The 'phenotype' is just the word used to describe the characteristics of the plants through its genetics. This could be smell, colour, taste, height, width, pest resilience, flowering time, THC% etc etc etc. All phenotypical traits controlled through the plants genes.Also, do you see different phenos? I'm not sure how to recognize the phenos...

When people on RIU talk of the different 'phenos' they are often drawing a distinction between a plant that is phenotypically Sativa or Indica looking. i.e Tall and lanky or short and fat.
Thanks for the info. So, in my case can you tell the plants are all Sativa pheno? That's what I'm hoping for. They look different, but not by much...
And... are they close to harvest? Maybe 2 more weeks? I don't want amber...

To me they look like typical hybrids (most cannabis is) ... its not important really what its called anyhow. You'll be more interested in how it grows then how it smokes.
with regards to when to crop. If you don't want amber you should buy a magnifier. You have enough plants to make it worth it. I got a digital USB magnifier for really cheap on ebay and it works great.
I already have a magnifier. That's how I know there are around 15-20% transparent trichomes. The thing is I don't know how fast the trichomes change color in a Sativa dominant plant (Kali Mist is 90% Sativa according to Serious Seeds).

I was really referring to leaf shape only, not much else to go by. And 'typical' wasnt meant in any pejorative sense. Im sure yours will be just great.
Ive not done Kali Mist but did do the AK47, it was ok.
Hi. It seems that one of the plants turned hermi. I already removed the nanners. My idea is to flush for one week and harvest all of the plants. I hope that one week is not enough for the plants to get pollinated and develop seeds.
I tried a test bud from the hermi and it already couchlocks a little, so harvest in a week sound like a good plan given that I don't want couchlock (amber trichs).
Do you think this is a good plan? Is there a big risk to leave the hermi there if there is only 1-2 weeks until harvest?

The hermi plants is the only one that have seeds (Picture 3). I'm not sure if the seeds are from itself or it is pollinated from an Afghan Kush plant that I discovered was hermi on harvest day.

I've been running Kali Mist for a while now, and my plants are no where close to being finished at day 65. Mine take every bit of 100 days to fully ripen. I have made the mistake before of "thinking" they were done around 80 days, and the resulting product is inferior to a fully ripe bud.
A true Sativa takes time. Have some patience ....
