yeah they have to get moisture thats why they have holes in the bags. but im not a pro so dont quote me on, but im about 90% sure that wrapping ur soil up for too long will cause a moisture and result to mildew

my poor tomato plant. too much heat. It grew 2 inches and a flower tho! I think the flower looks like a Piranha plant from mario. And it is grinning at me.
