Toughen up 28 hrs is nothing, you should use your gift, by tomorrow it will be 48 or 72, that's doable and you should be on top of your game after 72 hrs, if you want something to make you sleep maybe try some benadryl or tylanol pm or if you really want to sleep go to your doctor and get some ambian and slam it, but be careful if you start slamming ambian because it's really effective, only do it when your already sitting in bed or you could injure yourself or someone elseI have insomnia and have been up for 28 hours already.
