Obtaining Cannabis Seeds

Simply out of curiosity, because I live in a state where Cannabis is quite illegal and can't get a hold of good genetic seeds, has anyone tried to buy any seeds off the internet even though it was illegal where they lived?

thats how its been done since before medical came around plus I don't think they even sell dutch seeds in the med states

The pool owners never have to know... Besides, 90% of the time its just the public pool where 50% of the "water" is piss anyways!
