Nutrients? General Organic go box??

For starters, what soil are you using? If it's Fox Farm Ocean Forest ( or a mix of that and Happy Frog ), DO NOT use anything for the first 4 or 5 weeks.

If you look carefully at your GO BOX, you will notice that WEEKS 1 thru 4 are nearly indentical, save the Black Diamond.

WEEKS 5 thru 8 are nearly indentical, save some Bio Root.

Weeks 9 + 10 are just what they are.

So theres really nothing to get flustered about, just figure out where you are timewise ( veg or early bloom or mid-bloom etc etc ), cut the recommended dosage in half and relax a little. It's not rocket science, it's a weed.

If you have a good soil mix, you really don't need any nutes until the 4th or 5th week, seriously. Your plants will tell you when they need some food.

Also, don't mix up nutes ahead of time. When you are ready to feed, get a gallon of your H2O, add whatever nutes you are mixing into the water, possibly a little "PH UP" ( depending on your waters natural pH ) and feed your girls.

I do not recommend pre-mixing nutes. Just my opinion.

Using these nutes in conjunction with teas, Plants dig it. Gives time for microbes in nutes to break stuff down before feeding through the root system. I usually aerate for 12-24 hours before feeding. Ph is always within range without adding ph up... :bigjoint:

There ya are fella, just follow this, no need to over-complicate it.
I say it often but it was a line I tried to remember when I first started into growing and knew little about it. A guy once told me "The best thing you can do for your plants is leave them the hell alone. Most of the time, when something gets all assed up, we did it ourselves"

Good luck and dont forget to have fun with it.

on the topic of when to feed,i say give em lower amount more often, and flush now and then.not big flush just a breather.if u have a solid strain it should take it.also how big the stem is at the base will determine how much it will uptake, fatty stalks drink more.if your plant is drinking every other day then its hungry and wants to grow.i only water every 4 days or so due to big pots but ive never had root rot cuz of air pots.slow growth less nutes.feel them out and look at them 10 min after heavy feeding,if they droop,no good back off the nutes, if they reach for the light your doing it right.if they do droop then flush a gallon stait water should balance it....wait 10 min no droop.problem solveing and remember what u did last time.on the subject of nutes,go simple.i have 4 bottles to deal with.biobizz.great sht.if u have a good strain then u shouldt have to worry about burn.and most important GO FROM SEED.plants from seed are bigger stronger.

ok at lest someone knows what im talking about . So i just follow the box. like for ex. Week 1 (rooted seedlings) i put 5ml of BioThrive grow , 5ml of CaMg+ ,5ml of Bio root, 2.5 ml of Bio Weed, then Bio Marine and Dimaond Black are optional? little confused so if u could help me and let me know what u been doing that be great. cause on the back of each bottle it tells me just to add half teespoon per gallon of water .
Oh man, I know this is an old post but please do not give you girls what the box recommends. I'm sure you probably know this by now. Use 1/4 or a 50/50 ratio. Sorry if I'm being repetitive but I didn't read the whole post. I too am using this box and I also posted a thread but didn't have as much luck as you did, looks like the pepilepsy that replied are actually trying to help unlike the shit heads that replied to my post... happy growing dude, that chart that was posted above was very helpful the first time.

i will update my former comment... go box is a great beginner line of nutrient for SOIL growing. i switched to coco, and canna product...
anyway.....
follow reg feed schedule for the most part, and you should end up with nice plants. one thing i would suggest, when transitioning to flower, you dont want to switch to bloom nute right away as it suggests. after flipping lights to a 12 12 schedule, the 1st week i feed the same as last veg week. then on wk 2, i do a 50/50 bloom/veg, then 3rd week just jump back on their feed cycle. i have found the plants yellow drastically if you do cut their N off when they need it most due to stretching and such. this way they can properly store the N, and keep yr plant lush green. took me quite a few grows to figure this out, but once i thought about it logically it made perfect sense.
