havent had it tested in ages, but if i had to say its between 11-13%. i know i could cut the milk an pb out but i use em for energy. to be honest i can kick my endurance trainin up cause i been slackin. im tryin to gain weight so eatin too much isnt in my vocab. lol what routine are you on?do you know your body fat percent?
you may be eating a little bit more then what you are supposed to if you are struggling to get that last piece off and are training consistently.
