I'm not sure if it's an issue you can fix. You seem the type " to know it all" and not want to listen to other peoples opinions, or issues with your specific compassion club. I will come and meet you face to face, not as a threat but a reality check. I'm not one to talk shit and not back it up so I will accept your offer and see you as soon as I am back. I can GUARENTEE I am not what you are thinking up in your head. Be prepared to be surprised and finally have someone step up to the plate to put you in your place, medicine wise... :)

i apologize. your are a genius - your sig says it all, all you've been good at is talking shit and shooting people. and you want to compare yourself to me? good to go, think the scales are on my side. i'll start with giving millions to charity (10% of all i earned), mostly anonymously, actually creating thousands of jobs, paying my fair (50%) share of taxes - yeah, i'm some real bad guy. sounds more to me like you're jealous of success.

iriele - i've only quoted my position on the 25 mile rule 1,000 times, but in case there's one new reader - i will support a citizen's initiative to change the 25 mile rule - the only waits going to change - and that means we need to be able to win an election on the issue. i would point out that many of you are hurting the chances of passage of a change to the degree that you flaunt any existing laws. you need a reason to have people vote for the change and i have seen nothing yet building towards a political majority that would support the change. everything else about the 25 mile rule is just griping and pretending you can get rid of it in some way other than a vote. not going to happen.

Time for someone to start something like oaksterdam and teach all of the patients in AZ to grow for themselves...that way all of these corporate money hungry assholes arent trying to charge 400 an oz for garbage.

they way they have the law written, when a dispensary opens 25 miles from you, you are not allowed to grow by state law. this fucker is one of the guys who supports this and will seek to profit from it so fuck him.

NOT TRUE. The state legislature can change the initiative with a majority vote. Contact your legislature and express your concerns.

another misinformed self taught lawyer - it takes 3/4 of both bodies to change a citizen's initiative. not going to happen to change the 25 mile rule. the only realistic path is another initiative. but see my new post about actually challenging the rule.
