My favorite lineup looks like this:

It's called the Bigger Yields Expert Grower Bundle and it includes:

pH Perfect Grow, Micro, and Bloom
OR
pH Perfect Sensi Grow & Bloom (what I use now)
Voodoo Juice
Big Bud (powder)
Overdrive
Piranha
B-52
Final Phase

It's worked really well for me, but you can go a little easier and skip the last three nutrients to use the Hobbyist Grower bundle.

I'd go with what you said at the end. Keep in mind he's running 150w, not 1k or even 600w. That's going to slow the metabolism of his plants a fair amount so he's not going to really get the most out of an aggressive feeding schedule.

Better to keep it simpler, stick with the Hobbyist bundle, and save back some cash for next grow. Try to upgrade to at least a 400w if not more.

dont mather that mouch what of the major companies you chose

just chose one that is made for soil/terra ..

a basic kit to start with might be a good choise if money is short and you want to try it and learn more before useing a lot on big bottels ..

most of the different once make beginner/start kit with the basic veg/bloom nutriens in it ..

starting at 20$ and up to +100$ for them who also got some smaller bottels of root starter/power/kelp .. a bloom sugar of some kind and some micros/cal/Mg aso.

do some reading .. find out witch nutrines the plant needs to trive and grow .. beside the basic NPK it will also need micros and trace elements sutch as iron .. bor .. copper .. aso.

also find out when and in witch ammounts it need it .. a veg plant will need more N (nitrogen) wile a flowering plant will need more P. and K.

p.s.
might also want to look in to stuff like Super Thrive and black strap molasses ..
