well he sucks at it. my state doesn't allow dispensaries, yet as soon as he ran his mouth with that holder memo bullshit, the things popped up like crazy. neighboring states all make a run to our borders to get weed with their oregon medical cards that you don't need to live here to obtain. there have been a total of about 2 busts, and both were at overcharging POS dispensaries. one of them even ratted themselves out after an owner's quarrel, dumbasses.

so, how did you spend your obama tax cuts?

so it wasn't the case that a shitload of dispensaries opened up right after the holder announcement?

again, dispensaries aren't even legal here, yet they exist and in great numbers.

since our state law forbids them, the feds would be in the right to shut down each and every last one of them here. for some reason, they generally leave them alone.

Buck, what's your take on Holders stance on MMJ?

I remember Obama specifically stating early on in his campaign for president that he would not prosecute dispensaries operating legally within states rights, he's clearly turned a 180 on that stance, and I read recently that his administration is responsible for closing more legal dispensaries than the Bush administration.

Do you feel like Obama is living up to his word he gave during the campaign? It sounds like you're supporting this stuff
