I have neem but never use it. If you dont mix it well enough it makes your plants really greasy.I just don't wanna be smoking Greasy Kush.

any branches long enough have already been weaved threw the cage, Also done more Lst to the rhino. These branches are gonna be heavy!:)

you ever use neem before?
Yes I have. But only as a last resort. I have been using Sevin and Safer and killing bugs before they get bad. :)

You are gettin me spooked ABM lol. Do you get them in the GH?
Yes.. They are in there. Not in the numbers that I used to see them but I don't have it completely sealed. Chances are if you see any moths or butterflies in your area you are going to get them. Check out the budworm thread at the top of the outdoor forum and tell me if you wanna risk getting them. ;) LOL

the last 2 seasons, I noticed worms showed up in september.....But just bought 4500 ladybugs off amazon for 22$. So with the BT, Neem, and ladybugs i should be ok....I hope so!

I read tha neem shoulnt be used in temps over 95, anybody have experience with neem in hot weather???

Any Input would be appreciated.

Here is a quick article that I found. I am sure there is more info out there but I am working at the moment and multitasking. ;)

The time of spraying is more important which only fewer gardeners are aware of. Try to spray during night time or cooler hours of the day like past morning or late evening instead of spraying during the mid-noon when the sunrays has its highest degree. Hot weather conditional spraying causes curling of leaves.
I read that Sevin doesnt kill spidermites, Do you know anything about this?
That is correct. I only had mites on my Green Crack last season and had little luck dealing with them when I got heavy into flower. Your ladybugs will make short work of them so you should be alright. If you have neem you should be spraying already as a preventative measure. I just haven't picked any up this year as the Sevin, Safer, and Mantis are keeping the ladies pest free. :D

Lemme know how good you do at keeping the lady bugs safe.

Sounds like Ill have to get some predator bugs for pre-flower.

Are mantises and ladybugs alive and moving around or dormant in October? I know thats a stupid question but i really dont know.

IDK about spidermites but Sevin knocks the worms out cold. Cheap and effective. On sale at walmart. I had worms attack my Anaheim Pepper plant and my tomato plants and I Sevin dusted them. No more worms. It is toxic to all insects tho. So if you bought beneficials i would not recommend the sevin.

I haven't sprayed since the introduction of my Mantis. :)

i have found a few manti roaming my main garden this year. It's rather relaxing that the "homie's" got yo back lol. I went and bought the BT but still have only used it in my whatever area because those praying manti have been fucking shit up in the screenhouse and I don't wanna fix something that aint broke lol. i love it. i think they followed a huge grasshopper. i been having occasional problems with grasshoppers but I bout some spectracide wasp solution and it's a stream so it knocks them of your plants when you blast them and it kills them.....slow as fuck. but they die.

If I see a grasshopper he gets this. :)

Haha those are powerful enough?? my grasshoppers are 4 inches long and real chunky. I was gonna buy one of those from wally but I thought it might be a waste of time and money. Shit these grasshoppers are huge.....that might just piss em off and make em wanna fuck off my whole crop lol

This just inspired me. I am going to start a bounty 4 the kids. A buck for every caterpillar/moth/butterfly they bring me. Seems a lil steep maybe but what could those bugs done 2 my buds. Give em a job n fill up there piggy banks!

I'd say drop it to $0.25/each. That could get to be a bad investment really quick. LOL
