it sounds like you havent used it before. thanks for your imput but id like to hear from someone who's used it. its supposed to shorten the flower cycle plus AN customer service says theres something in it that lowers the stretch. its understandable though that if it shortens flowering it could cut down the stretchAs far as i know the only thing that will keep stretch down nutrient or additive wise is PGR products such as Bushmaster. There is a product called the hammer by Plant Life that supposedly does it naturally, but it most likely is a pgr. This comes at no surprise though as PGR stands for Plant Growth Regulator and that’s what you are trying to accomplish. Bud ignitor is not a PGR i don’t think and thus I don’t believe it would substantially shorten internode length.
Cool...if you dont mind to tell me whats good products from AN that you really like it in your nutrient program ? thanks.I have tested it myself, I got a free sample of it from my hydro shop. Every product i get takes a whole grow to test because you can only change one thing at a time to really see if there is some kind of benefit. Sadly There were no differences in either test group. This product did nothing for my garden. I am a fan of some AN products and not a hater of any particular line. So Honestly I would say not to invest in this product.
i wish i could find this fuckin thread! there was a thread on icmag where someone did a side by side test and i could of swore the bi crop finished sooner and was shorter. it was a vertical grow i wish i could locate it. thanks for commenting patrick more budsites alone is a great reason to keep using it if it kept plants shorter than that would just be a plus. sounds like your not really sure if they were shorterive used it and i believe i notice a difference. i dont know if it stops the stretch alot..but it definitely gives you more budsites and gives them to you sooner, and i guess budding sooner would cause your plants not to stretch as hard.. as far as shortening the flowering cycle.. that i dont buy.
all of your budsites are developed in the vegetative stage, Bud ignitor is only used in flower. How does it give you more budsites sooner?ive used it and i believe i notice a difference. i dont know if it stops the stretch alot..but it definitely gives you more budsites and gives them to you sooner, and i guess budding sooner would cause your plants not to stretch as hard.. as far as shortening the flowering cycle.. that i dont buy.
so kbo have you used the sensi 2 part before? thats good to know conni is great im wondering how it compares to the sensii don't believe any nutrient is going to give you more "budsites" or shoots as they are also referred to. The only way i know of to get a larger canopy with many tops and "budsites" is to top the plant many times in veg. I used bud ignitor as directed. All AN additives are 2ml per liter. The products that work for me from AN are Connoiseur part A & B. I tested a sample of it on a few test plants and the result was easily visible overnight. The amount of weight those plants packed on was unbelievable. I personally like to cultivate organically, but i don't mind trying a product out to see if i can impress myself. Voodoo juice is crazy aswell for the roots, but way too expensive, and i get similar results using Roots oregonism in a beni brew i like to give em. Other than that i only buy their PH up and Down because it lasts forever. Respect
yeah i used Sensi ab before the connie but it doesn't even come close to what the connie does to your plants. You just have to be careful not to over feed man this stuff will burn the hell out of your plants if you get over zealous with it.so kbo have you used the sensi 2 part before? thats good to know conni is great im wondering how it compares to the sensi
have you used the ph perfect?
have you used ph perfect conni? what ec do you run the conni at in flower and how big are the plants at that time?yeah i used Sensi ab before the connie but it doesn't even come close to what the connie does to your plants. the only way to see if those products really do anything is to introduce them one at time. meaning one product per grow and observe.Nice to see that someone else who has used Connie say the same things! I too bought the a&b, mixed it at 800 ppm and went on vacation for 2 days. Came back and fuck! It transformed my garden! I'm now using some additives but I'm not really sure I like them as much, bid candy, big bud, b52, overdrive, rhino skin. Since I'm using them all together I'm not sure which one is burning the plants but I've since cut back a bit on the additives
didn't use the ph perfect i like to adjust my own ph to different levels at different times. And to tell you the truth i don't even worry about ec. I just start with clean RO water add my nutrients and ph accordingly. I ran the connie at 1200 ppm at its strongest.have you used ph perfect conni? what ec do you run the conni at in flower and how big are the plants at that time?
