Low p/h concern

I Went to water my clones with some water mixed with lil nutes and i used my hydro water which had 5.9 PH..
but i used it in my soil..
i dont know the recommended ph level for soil..will this effect my plant..??

Seems like something you would want to know before watering...

Either way, I put my pH at 6.3 for soil. You should correct it though. Better to be safe than sorry.

you should be just fine skull, the ideal ph for soil is in the range of 5.8~6.5, but if you ask me or any other veteran grower they will tell you that unless your ph is super high like 8 or above it wont even be a problem.. the soil will naturally buffer the ph..

You will be just fine. When growing in soii its the medium that dictates pH, not the pH of the solutions you water with.

its 5.8 for hydro, 6.5 for soil. either way, what you add doesnt matter, what matters is what comes out (the pH after interacting with your soil). the trick is having soil and fertilizer both close to 6.5, so when they mix, you dont get by-products of chemical reactions, like salt(s).

pH adjust your nutrients, in a bucket or whatever, before adding them in. or be lazy and get a bottle of 6.5 pH buffer from a petstore for fish tanks.
