First Grow Under Vipar A200( Afghan Skunk and CH9 Jack)

Thanks for tagging along guys, glad you like it! Going to do picture updates some time tomorrow or possibly the day after.

I started germinating 2 of the freebies i got and so far one of them sprouted(both are lemoneese). Also got 2 grapefruit and 1 gdp from some weed i got so we'll see if anything interesting comes from those.

What freebies you have germing?

I grew out a gdp seed I was lucky enough to find in some bagweed months back before I started growing. She turned into a great, fragrant girl. Currently on week 3 of curing, I cannot wait to sample some! Good luck.

I agree, i got the A100 and it is crazy powerfull, i fried seedlings at a few feet but it was bagseed testers anyhow lol. What i have found is a calcuim problem within a week without using calmag, although i live in a very softwater area - 20ppm and that cant help but has never been a problem without LED.

The freebies im germinating are lemoneese. surprisingly of all the freebies i got, this was the only one that didnt have a listing on their site, so i guess its kinda going to be a mystery.

hmmmm, i cant comment on the calmag as the ppm out of my tap is 350. Luckily i havent killed anything with the lights yet :D

Took some pics today, things are looking pretty good. unfortunately only one of the seeds i planted sprouted(one of the freebie lemoneese) i dont care though because they were only bagseed.

Mo

Go Alex Go. Or should I say, Grow Alex Grow! :)

hahahahaha thank you guys!

Unfortunately i found some nasty little bastards all over my afghan skunk yesterday. i busted out some sns 217 and will be trying to avoid the buds as much as possible. i think they are spider mites? snagged a pic for you guys, they are really multiplying fast! any input is much appreciated, i care more about the afghan skunk than i do the jack!

That does look mite-like. You can use the chili pepper spray. I think soapy water works also - you just need to apply often and I do not know how it smokes.

Thanks for the heads up! as for the sns i read somewhere it breaks down after a little while so i dont think im to far into flowering for it to be a concern. hopefully it wont effect the taste in anyway and get rid of those fuckers.

Well, i ended up getting mighty wash and thank god i did, because it worked! sprayed a couple days ago and havent seen a pest since! pics in a few days! :D

There's a small part of me that wants to get mites so I can try Mighty Wash :). Then there's the larger part that tells that smaller part to shut the fuc.....

hahahahahahahahahaha, i hope i have to never deal with them again!

On a good note, i picked up a nice looking La confidential clone today, a perfect match to grow along side my lemoneese.

The jack and skunk are looking great, although my phones camera doesnt capture any real close up detail.

Thanks for checking it out man! as for the smell, i cant really detect any odor from them just yet.

Seriously good looking plants, Alex. Your grow is coming along nicely. You and curly are really showcasing those vipars! Good job.

How are those buds coming along, alex? They were looking real good last update!

i agree things were looking very good alex hows it going in your tent now?

Things are looking pretty good guys! i left to go camping out in the desert for a couple days and before i did, i set up a little drip system to water my plants while i was gone. it did great at keeping them alive, but i probably shouldnt have given full strength nutrients since it was set to water them everyday rather than every 2 days. i think this is where some of the yellowing on the leaves is coming from. going to flush them this watering and continue with the nutrients next watering. Also working on trying to get a better camera.

Enjoy the pics! :bigjoint:
