E cigarettes Anyone use these to quit smoking?

I bought one a year ago, after they banned smoking breaks at work. Did the trick, but had to cover one of the two holes on it to get a decent smoke from it. Stopped using it now, but would be good for quitting im sure.

worthless man. just quit after 6 years. only way to go is cold turkey/constant joints for the first 2 weeks. then the rest is easy.

I had the Blu e-cig and it works but I found myself always puffing on it because it had no kick like a real cig, just didn't feel the same.

You are correct
but there are tricks

The blu system though is just an introduction. In a month or 2 I will move up or quit the e cig altogether and be totally smoke free
But I am not going back to cigs

These things can increase your need for nic because they are always loaded, always ready and
you dont need to light it, put it out or worry about the smell. All this equates to having it in your face
frequently. That`s the nice thing about cutting the tincture so you can smoke more and get less nic.

well then why would you smoke something that is just gonna get you addicted also......there's no logic there.

bottom line. they want your money. and are probably gonna keep getting it. not me. quiting smoking any and all cigarette's(fake or real) is the best way.....I did it.

The trick with the Blu cigarettes is to refill them yourself
Going on 5 days now (I think)
It will take me 3 weeks to amortize the investment on this then I will start looking for a cheaper alternative
Although refilling these things does bring the cost down
I am looking for a better solution
House smells better
My teeth are whiter
No more cough
And I dont smell like cigarettes
